“Hey!” Charlotte protested with a laugh and playfully swatted at him. “They would never,” she breathed, teasing, and smiled at him. Okay, so, maybe she misbehaved on purpose. That was hardly the same thing at least in her mind. She groaned when his fangs lightly caressed her neck and sighed in disappointment when he moved away. “So mean!” She pouted at him for that, but would certainly be made up for later. “Well, you want to watch me with someone else, that can always be arranged, too,” she reminded him and wiggled her eyebrows suggestively. Hell, she liked watching, too, at least until she wanted to join in on the festivities. “You see anyone you like?” she asked, scooting closer, putting her head on his shoulder so they could survey the crowded room. 

He had to laugh as she tried to swat at him, and instead put his drink down so he could reach for her hand instead. “Oh they would. You have no idea how they whisper once you leave. Telling me how you need to meet them more.” He teased, having far too much fun with her. So he definitely enjoyed his ginger kitty. “Why am I mean? Because I don’t give you want you want, hmm?” Oh so tempting it was though. So very tempting. Shrugging his shoulders, he leaned back from her, and looked around. Studying the people around. “Maybe the brunette with the legs over there? She looks fun.”

Feliks moved his body to the rhythm, letting the beat pulse through him. Joining her and mirroring her moves. “That’s a fair point. Though if you do the chicken dance, I am just going to have to do an equally embarrassing dance,” he winked. Oh, and he had some ideas too. “Though you look sexy doing any dance if I am being honest,” he complimented.

Samantha saw he mirrored her, and well, she was a bit of a tease, so she reached to his neck, pulling him down tight to her, almost kissing him in the move. “You going to ensure I’m not embarrassed alone? What a gentleman.” Almost a whisper for just the two of them. “Yeah? I suppose years of looking sexy upside down brings side-effects.”

Young viewed romance and sex differently. If he cannot fulfil Selin in the way she wants and she finds someone who does who is he to deny that pleasure. He was not a jealous man by any means. He was also one that liked to explore finding new and interesting ways to enjoy life. His life was too long to be stick to one thing. Young chuckled, “I would like to think I do but you’re probably right”. He did not want to find out that was for sure. “I think a vacation is on the cards for sure. Some time away from the city just us two and wilderness. How does New Zealand sound? Doubt we would bump into anyone we know there,” he suggested.

She brushed over his cheek with her thumb, before leaning in, giving him a small peck of a kiss. “Am I ever wrong?” A second later she held up a finger. “Actually, ignore answering that. Don’t answer. We both know I am wrong at least twice every week.” Especially when it came to ‘are you hungry?’. But she easily slipped her hands to his, holding them for a moment. “New Zealand sounds perfect. Let’s rent a cabin by the sea, and swim. Run wild and have fun? We could discuss it over a few drinks.”

“I think Selin would definitely be down. I mean it’s amusing what they get right and what they get so wrong,” garlic was hardly a problem. Garlic breath was annoying but not the worst thing to deal with. “Life is annoying enough to get caught up with things like that,” he shrugged. Though he knew Yue and Kisuke may not be such big fans. He could see the humourous side to it though. Young chuckled as he gazed over at Travis. “A paired costume even better,” he shook his head in amusement.

“Oh absolutely. But great, I’ll make sure to drag Selin in next time. Want to join us? We could do twilight even. Sparkle you up, and we’ll dress up as big dogs.” She loved the idea, even if it was just hilarious. And it would be fun to get the whole family in on it. Even the vampire-in law. “Yeah. You and Selin did it too though. I saw her earlier, flight attendant, huh?”

“Yeah? Let’s see about that.” So far, she was not this lucky. But did she even want that whole picture perfect fairytale, if she didn’t even believe in it? It was a wonderful thing when others had it though, just the idea of it seemed absurd for her own life. A laugh slipped from her lips. “I’m absolutely sure I don’t, there’s not even a hint for that – not to mention that I am in a extraordinary position right now. How am I supposed to even remotely trust someone?”

“Oh I am sure we will.” He doubted that she was as unloved as she claimed, that no one had an extra eye to her. But at the same time, it wasn’t his job to keep an eye on that. Only to make sure she was capable of keeping up with her job. “If that’s what you say, Ceyhan. You know, I was in love with Tara for what? Two years or so, before she found out?” He couldn’t even remember how long he had been just waiting, keeping his own heart in control. “Trust though... Don’t go for someone you’re not friends with first.”

Well, it was true. Not everyone got this lucky tonight. Initially, Farid declined to go tonight. But well, he was convinced after a while to go anyway. He saw plenty of silly costumes, now even more grateful he was wearing something normal. Just a black suit. Just how he dressed anyway. Remaining in between them for the photo, taking a look at it. Acceptable. “This doesn’t look like it has many options to relax.” he nodded towards the people, most on the dancefloor. “Let’s just find a table.” And hopefully far, far away from the dancefloor.

“Thank you, Evelyn,” Lucia replied about the offer to get them drinks. “I think I see a table over there,” she pointed out to Farid. “Let us go investigate,” she added and since she had his arm, she tugged him over that way. She offered little waves to people she knew on the way and would have to make it a point to go talk to them later. “How’s Bingus? I miss him,” she asked as they weaved their way through the sea of people.

She let her two darlings go off to find somewhere to sit while she went to the bar, ordering a few drinks. She’d find a way to carry them over, she just had to wait for the bartender to finish them up. So she did a little conversation with the little human, Calliope was it? While keeping an eye on the other two who went to sit down. She’d let them relax for now. Let Farid get his guard down, before she pulled the both of them onto the dance floor. He’d just have to wait a little.

“Jailhouse rock?” Lila repeated and gave him another weird look. What the fuck was that? She sure didn’t know, but it sounded like some sort of weird old thing. She had to shudder and shake her head at him. He really was some sort of freak. Who rocks in jailhouses? She’d never understand. “Probably helps with the business though, since connections are everything,” she remarked, knowing some things, but obviously she’d be shit at that for herself. She moved around with him, slowly getting a bit more comfortable with it. “No? How could I? Do you think I can see my face right now?” she retorted and lifted an eyebrow as she looked up at him. Okay, so there was the sass. “Yeah, two is MORE than enough. One is better. Zero is best.” Or so she thought, but she would actually get pretty lonely if always on her own. And revert to some extra grumpy and hermit type ways.

“It’s a song from Elvis. Pretty cool actually. You should give it a chance.” He was going to have too much fun introducing her to all of the songs. To just put her on a pillow, put on a concert and rock out while she learned music history. Would it go well for him? Maybe not. She was a witch after all. But, he could handle. “Oh it helped a lot. It also helps that there’s a lot of traumatized vampires who refuse therapy. But, yoga can work as an alternative.” Plus, he did have therapists at house if they decided it was safe enough of a place to go. An amused smile on his face. “Do you want me to get you a mirror?” Of course he could do that. “You might say so. But I think you’d miss me if I suddenly disappeared. Even if I am just that annoying old guy who makes you stretch out while we discuss magic.”

Lila groaned at his comment and knew he would torture her with it. Why did she put up with this again? She had no good answer for it. Just what Melina had said. “Don’t you dare,” she grumbled and pursed her lips. “One person?” She gaped at him and couldn’t believe it. Well, she could, but she couldn’t imagine being in his shoes. “Oh, that explains it then. I was going to say… how could you keep track of them all?” She would definitely be one of the ones to hide behind him, but let’s face it, she’d never be seen back there. She did note some perky blonde staring at him from across the way and glared at her. Oh Lila. You weird little creature you. “I don’t like people.” She was stating the obvious.

He could only grin at her groan. Oh why did he love to push her buttons so badly? To see the flash of annoyance and anger on her face before she calmed back down? Maybe he just liked to see how she improving? “no? Oh come on, we could rock to Jailhouse rock.” He teased, loving to push it. Loving to just push her a little. A little shrug to her shock. “I probably don’t know everyone. I just know a lot. And then others are similar-looking, or family with someone I know, so it gets harder to see difference.” He explained. Although, he definitely didn’t keep track of them all. He continued to move them around on the dancefloor though, to the music. “Oh that’s not news. Have you seen your people-glare? You seem the most at peace when there’s at most two people around you.”

“I’m always good,” Charlotte cooed, though that was far from the truth. She nipped at his jaw and chuckled softly. She was spontaneous to a fault and did enjoy teasing a bit too much. “I like being bitten and I like biting. I thought you already knew this!” she exclaimed, laughing. “You can bite me any time or any where you want.” Yes, she’d pretty much already given him blanket permission, which meant she liked him a whole lot. She wasn’t worried about privacy, either. She didn’t really worry about much. Even if she should. She nodded at his suggestion and pecked his lips. “There are a lot of attractive people here. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard… but could you bear it if I left?” she teased, needing to have some fun with him in return. 

“Oh you are? I’m pretty damn sure the paddles at home would disagree.” He purred back at her. Oh how pretty she’d look with those red marks all over her body. “Doesn’t mean you actually want me to bite you. Like right now. Letting my teeth sink into your body...” His fangs brushing against her neck, reminding her what he had to bite her with. It was tempting though, but, he could wait. He was patient enough for that. “As long as you come back to me, I could always wait. Make a game out of it, sit here, enjoy my drink, and watch you get it on with people, just to bring them back to the room? It’d be entertaining.”

She was happy to move along to the music. To let it fill her body and mind fill with the rhythm, dragging him into it with her. “Both maybe? I don’t have to focus on being sexy when I dance here, I can just have fun. Hell, I could dance the chicken dance.. Not that I am going to. But, you can’t do that at work.”

Young chuckled and his smile widened. “How lucky I am to have someone like you,” he did not know what would have happened if it did end. He did not like to think about that. He was just grateful to be with Selin and he made sure that he listened to her. “Some of them,” he confessed. A little roleplay while joining the mile high club was definitely one of them.

It was fun. It was fun to be with a man who was open to exploring, who didn’t consider toys and kinks to be a sign he wasn’t enough, but instead a way to enrich their lives. And who wasn’t afraid of bringing her into his dreams. “You have no idea how lucky you are.” Selin said with a smile, happy with him. “Oh my... Maybe we should go on a vacation soon then? I’m sure we could manage to find a way for it.” Maybe after he was done with that whole, double-siring project.

“Thank you! I’d just find it hilarious if someone did the human idea of a werewolf. Maybe I should get the family in on it. What do you say, would Selin join me?” Cousins and family and all. “Never been the type to take it personal. Doesn’t work out for long to take people too seriously.” Besides if she did, she’d never manage to be a sugar baby. Pointing ot Travis where he stood as Dracula, she nodded her head. “I’m with Dracula over there. So his little victim.”

Lila made a face at him, but she could suffer through it. He couldn’t be that bad, could he? But she would probably end up making fun of him. Marcus that is, not Elvis. “If you start singing along, though, I’m out,” she warned him, looking entirely too serious about it. “Right, okay, move with the music,” she repeated and did as he said. This wasn’t so bad and she was grateful he hadn’t attempted spinning her around yet. “So, do you basically know everyone here?” she wondered, looking up at him.

With a smile pretending to be innocent, he could just grin at her. “I make no promises. Make no promises at all.” He had fun with it, and he had to lean down, talking quietly so it was just between the two of them. “But I can totally go ask the technician to play Elvis next on whatever playlist they have going.” Oh it was just a playful little threat, and then moments later he was back up and smiling. Looking around, trying to see someone he didn’t know or know of. “Uh...” A moment longer and he moved her around, so he could guide her sight to the person over by the corner. “I don’t know of them.” And then, back to him she went. “Not everyone knows me. But part of my old job was to do security. I had to know who pretty much everyone was, in case they were a security risk. And, I’m a big guy. People either hide behind me, or they want to fight me. Or they want me to fight on their side. I prefer the letting people hide, than the fight.”

“YES! It absolutely would!” Charlotte burst out and then her brow furrowed as he gave her a counter offer. “A boat trip? Ohhh… I do like the sound of that. Could we? Could we? Could we?” she asked practically bouncing on the poor mans lap. “Hey!” she protested and gave him another sad face. “You can’t do that to me! That’s so mean!” She swatted at him and licked his cheek in protest. “Does it? It should. I love it when everyone gets naked,” she mused, tilting her head, imagining the entire room now all naked. And she wasn’t even public speaking. “I am? Okay. If I meet anyone interesting I’ll introduce you.” But she was having plenty of fun with him, so it was hard to say if she was going to wander or not. 

Oh how the look of having to consider things was amusing him. Charlotte looking almost perplexed for a moment before she’d left the car idea, and was fully embracing the idea of the boat. “Of course we could. As long as you continue to be a good kitty and purr so nicely for me.” He told her, brushing a hand over her hair, in between her ears. “You want me to bite you?” He asked, curious to her actual answer. He wouldn’t be against bringing her somewhere more private to cover her with his bites, for sure. “How about if I or you find someone else fun, we can invite them. If not... We can consider it for another time.”
