i don't know how i followed you or when (just that it was in 2018 or earlier) but i've been kind of half following your whole uc saga and honestly maybe weird to hear from a total stranger on the internet but it's really awesome to hear that you're feeling at least a little bit better. i'm super happy for you and hopefully your recovery gets easier (and the next meds your doc tries are the right ones for you and not expensive)

i really appreciate this ask, thank you… it's reassuring knowing that even a stranger is aware of what i've been going through—it gets pretty lonely sometimes haha

this past year has been miserable all around but i'm trying my best to stay positive even with all the ups and downs. right now i'm doing better with some help from my good friend steroids, and hopefully this will keep me going till i can start on the new meds (which will. hopefully work this time LOL)

#eye guy speaks #asks #uc posting #late 2018 is actually when i first developed uc funnily enough #kind of wild to think about how it's changed since then..... #like it was so bad and i couldn't sleep but i was still going to class! #whereas this current stuff has frequently had me barely able to do more than just sit at my desk passively watching videos #not to mention the joint pain #anyway. i've been drawing today and it's been nice. gonna get back to that now #it's a short comic with some of my fr guys
