-did a 16 hour fast that started the night before, so i didn鈥檛 have breakfast
lunch: 20 grapes (60 c@ls)
1 hard boiled egg (77 c@ls)
total: 137 c@ls
dinner: costco microwaveable fried rice (446 c@ls) (i regret this a lot 馃槶馃槶)
later in the night i unfortunately also had pita chips, so idd assume i had around ~250 c@ls from that
daily total: 833 c@ls
