Always carry a first aid kit (FAK), doesn’t matter if you’re rucking or going to a business meeting. Carry one!

These are one of the best boots for rucking. I could stay on my feet all day and still feel comfortable

My buddy Hoengatron pulling his socks over his pants sleeves to prevent leeches from feasting on his calves. You’ll see him rocking Adidas Kampungs. I’m not a fan of it as I like my boots, but they do have their virtues. On a separate note, don’t wear waterproof clothing please. here’s why

Who’s your best friend when you ruck? Mine is this Tops Silent Hero with a BLFA6 flashlight attached to it. Rucking is fun and all, but be sure you’ve got your safety as top priority.

Back when I was crazy enough to carry a 110 Litre pack. This was also back when i had not hair. Here we’re kitting up to head to our campsite. It wasn’t far, but there was a lot of gear we needed.
I like to eat good food in the jungle, here’s a nice way to do it

Here’s an old but gold picture. One of my first trips with Camp Master Vee. We were rucking to a camp site and one portion of the trail necessitated us to do some river wading.  I learnt the hard way that waterproof apparel doesn’t work in our tropical jungles. And here’s a good post that elaborates on why.
http://www.ogm.my/whywaterproofdoesntwork/ Camp Master Veeraksana Veerak thought me a lot on wilderness habitation. His services as an instructor can be reached at,

That was just a beautiful waterfall. I've told many people in the past, that I've had to test a wide range of pants before settling on Vertx pants. They are just about the only brand which dries fast, is comfortable, and tough enough to survive me for more than 3 years. They cost a bit more, but reliability is hardly cheap, and it's worth every dime. #edcresources #edc #efficientpreparedness #ogm #ogmdistribution #outdoorgearmalaysia #phantomops #waterfallsofmalaysia #badassgear #madeintheusa #buyoncecryonce #Ruckingforfitness #hikingforfitness #ruckaroundtheworld #vertx
