Idea 1: Vanessa quits her job

This idea is based on my interpretation that the Vanessa we see in Security Breach isn't really her; it's Vanny controlling her. Vanessa's consciousness is there, but all that she can do is just watch, like viewing your own life through an old television.

So after the 3-star ending, Vanessa would be left with a job that requires skills that "she" technically never had. She can't just pull up Vannys memories (which i have her being able to do because extra pain :D) because the memories of how to do that job are suspiciously gone, almost as if they were taken by Vanny just before she "left" as a final "f*ck you :D" to Vanessa.

So now all Vanessa has left are her own memories of watching herself push random buttons that do random things. It would be like trying to learn how to fly a plane solely by watching someone else do it.

Vanessa also realizes that she'd have to still assist lost children after hours, a thought that truly scares her. It's not because she doesn't like children, no. In fact, I believe Vanessa used to work really well with children due to her former position as a video game tester/coder.

It is also stated in the game in one of the logs that you can find that she was not recommended for a position as a security guard, so it just makes sense for her to leave afer being freed.

So she would put in her 2 weeks notice, but not before working out some special deal with the plex that allows her and Greg the gremlin of chaos to visit the pizzaplex whenever they want and for any length of time.

As for what job she would try to go back to? It would be her old job of beta testing and coding. She was evidently very good at it based on those cut AR emails. It might sound like tempting fate, but I think that Vanessa would be a heck of a lot more careful this time if she was put back on the VR project. That assumes that the project is still even active.

That way she can make sure that what happened to her, never happens to anyone again.

I don't have a lot to add here, but I think it would be freaky to have that happen.

This was gonna be a joke, but I started thinking about this seriously so Burntrap x mechanic? reader. Takes place in a slightly alternate universe. Burntrap isn't as weak or gross, but still needs to be repaired.

Trigger warning for body horror, weak descriptions of a corpse

Possibly part one of a series.

You couldn't even believe the horrifying thing in front of you was an actual, living person. From within the repair station, you could see its chest slowly rise and fall as if it was breathing, its fingers twitching occasionally. The scrappy remains of a dark fursuit clinging to rotting flesh.

"That's- Y-You can't expect me to repair that!" you cried, turning to look at the woman beside you. Almost matching with the thing in the capsule, she was wearing a white rabbit suit. She pushed the blade of her knife into your back, just enough for you to feel a pinch of pain.

"Sure you can, silly! You're the best mechanic here!" she giggled, pushing her knife in more. You tensed. "If you don't, I'll just find someone else."

"F-Fine, I'll do it.." you said, not daring to disagree with the woman. After all what choice did you have? She had you cornered in the dark basement of the pizzaplex. You should have never taken this job..

The woman seemed to be pleased since the knife dropped back down to her side. "Good, I wouldn't want to search for anyone else," she hummed, leaning forward to open the repair station. When she did..oh, the smell made you wish you were dead.

It smelled like rotting animals and mildew, rolled together into one scent. You gagged, covering your nose. You tried to move away, but the crazy woman grabbed your arm.

"It's not that bad once you get used to it!" she giggled.

Easy for her to say. The mask probably helped to block out the smell.

"Now, get in there!" She shoved you into the small station and tossed your tools in behind you. They fell out the bag, clanking loudly on the floor. You didn't even notice though since you were now almost on top of the thing. You could see the human/animatronic monstrosity more closely now. Way too close for comfort.

It was slumped down against the floor. A devastated springlock suit, with tendrils of skin and wires wrapping around the bent frames of it. It shivered, and its head creaked upwards in response to you almost falling on it. Its eyes opened to stare at you, revealing glowing purple irises. You shrieked, slamming back into the other side of the station. It had been shut behind you.

"P-Please, let me out! Don't lock me in with this thing!" you yelled, pounding on the door. It was jammed, and the button wasn't working.

The woman waved at you. "Have fun! I want him in better shape when I come back, so you better get to work!" she giggled then skipped off. You were stuck in the station with this horrible smelling thing.

You breathed heavily, scared to turn around to face it.

"What, too scared to look at me? Am I really that awful?"

The voice was sneering, mocking you. It was gravelly and heavily distorted. You were surprised, and terrified, that the voicebox in it even worked at all.

Working up the courage, you slowly turned around to face the thing. Its arms and legs stayed in place uselessly. Its head was slightly cocked to the side. Its eyes were half closed, looking up at you in a suprisingly condescending away.

"W-What.. What are you-?" you murmured once you had finally found your voice.

It was silent for a very long time. You thought it had perhaps gone offline, and it startled you as it suddenly cackled.

"William Afton, the co-founder of this wretched place.. I've watched it burn so many times, but it always comes back.."

"T-The founder of the pizzaplex? But your suit- They don't even look like any of the ones here.." you said quietly. Would that mean its older than the mall itself? It did look to be made out of fur instead of the new shiny metal that the animatronics were all made out of.

You waited for an answer, but it didn't say anything back to. It was now staring down at the floor. Its purple eyes were clouded over with thought. It did mention it was the founder of the establishment, so perhaps it was thinking back on that.

"Um.. I-I'm going to try working on you now.." you said. You waited for a reaction, but you didn't get one so you assumed it was okay. You hoped it wouldn't suddenly attack you.

It was missing so many pieces and had so much filth covering it, you weren't even sure where to start. Not to mention you weren't given anything beside your tools. They probably wouldn't even be helpful in this situation.

You guessed that you could try removing some of the gunk.

You had a toothbrush you kept in your toolkit that was always helpful for cleaning the little nooks. You mainly only used it on the sun animatronic since it had realistic teeth. It was good for getting the sticky soda off. You, uh, noticed William had teeth, but you weren't even going to try with that.

You grabbed the water bottle from your bag, unscrewing the lid off of it. The crunching of the plastic got the animatronics attention. It simply stared for a moment then its eyes widened with realization.

"Don't get near me with that!"

You yelled as it was suddenly slapped out of your hand. Guess its arms did work.

The bottle bounced off the wall of the repair station, slinging water out. William lurched forward, crashing into you in fear of being touched by the water. You nearly threw up as the stench was stronger than ever.

"G-Get off me!" you yelled, kicking it back. Something in it cracked.

William fell back into the puddle of the water, getting very tense. It completely froze where it was, and you watched, dreading what would happen. You feared it would attack you, but it never happened.

"I.. I suppose the springlocks are too rusted in place.. Sorry, eh, force of habit," the corpse chuckled, looking away from you.

You stared at it for a moment, rubbing the place where you had been hit. That would probably leave a bruise. "You're scared of the water...? Why didn't you say something instead of attacking me?! I would have put the lid back on it!" you yelled, picking the bottle back up.

It looked back at you again, feeling disrespected that you shouted at it. "I said it was a force of habit.." it snapped. "Now get back to work.."

You huffed, crossing your arms. "I don't even know what I'm supposed to do with you. I've never had to repair something this broken before! I don't even have parts!" you said, but it was ignoring you at this point. You sighed.

Dipping the toothbrush into what was left of the water, you scrubbed off some of the mold growing on the suit. It wouldn't help that much, but it was better than nothing. You weren't sure what that woman would do to you if you didn't at least make it look like there was improvement.

Next you carefully poked some of the loose wires back in place, and tried to straighten out/bend crooked pieces back in place. You might have been making it worse actually, but you never had to deal with an animatronic this bad before.

William was, at least to your notion, suprisingly calm the whole time. You guessed that after its freakout it realized the water wasn't actually hurting it. It still seemed to be cautious though, watching you closely the whole time.

"I guess, this is a little better, isn't it?" you asked and forced yourself to smile.

"I suppose.." it answered.

You could tell it wasn't much of a talker, but you tried to make conversation with it anyways. At least so you wouldn't have to sit in the uncomfortable silence.

"So.. uh.. how long have you been here? You said you were the co-founder of the restaurant. This place has been around since, like, the eighties.. The franchise anyways, not this particular place-"

"I'm aware of how long this place has existed. You don't have to tell me," William interrupted.

Rude, you thought.

"Okay, sorry.. Could you at least tell me what you're doing down here? I mean, why are you even stuck in this suit? You should be dead-"

"I am aware that I should be dead!" it snapped, grabbing the front of your shirt. "I don't need you to tell me. I don't want to be stuck in this god-forsaken building wearing this rotting suit."

Wincing, you quickly grabbed William's hand. "O-Okay! I'm sorry! L-Let go!" you cried. It scoffed and released you from its grip.

"Finish what you came down here for, and don't ask anymore questions."

You nodded shakily. "I'm sorry.." you repeated quietly. William looked away from you, and you silently went back to work.

You were very relieved when the woman in the rabbit suit returned.

Once the door to the repair station was open, you quickly got out, breathing in the fresh air. You didn't get very far before she grabbed your arm tightly though.

"Hmm.. He doesn't look any different to me. You haven't been working this whole time like I asked?" she murmured.

"I-I have- I just don't have anything to repair him with!" you quickly answered.

She tilted her head, looking back at William. She observed the area for a moment before nodding. "Alright! I'll get you parts! You'll come back down here tomorrow," she said. You reluctantly nodded then was led to another room to stay in. She didn't want you to run away or get help.

You frowned. This was going to be a horrible job.

The timeline/lore is so screwed up so I don't even know what to follow at this point 😭

Burntrap didn't get a whole lot of screentime in the game so I'm loosely basing him off of the books and FNaF 3. He's probably still salty about the events of the past, but I assume Michael and his other kids are already dead (from the events of pizzeria simulator), so he's probably not very concerned about that. He just wants to repair his body and get remnant so he can live forever, you know, his original task. He probably doesn't want to go back to pizzeria hell.

I don't really like the idea of tragedy making him that way tbh. I think he already knew about remnant even before his kid got killed? Because one of his co-workers got crushed in the spring suit before he did, and their soul stayed attached to it. I'm not a hundred percent certain about that one though. I think William is just a petty bitch that likes killing people.

But it's all just my own opinion! For the main animatronics this probably is before the glitch/virus thingy, but I made this based off their personalities from then. I assume they would act similar, just more aggressive while affected?

Monty seems to put off more of a aggressive, rocker kinda vibe, so I think the kids would be scared of him. He's confused about the reader asking for a hug since he usually wouldn't get one. It would mainly be Glam Chica and Glam Freddy getting all the affection.

Glam Chica would still like the hug, but she would probably leave your food alone/pout if she didn't like it. She eats garbage and leftover pizza, so I'm not sure what she wouldn't like tbh

I see Roxy as being very standoffish, and she probably doesn't trust very easy. I don't think she would want to be hugged unless she really, really liked the person. She would like racing though!

Sun scares kids too, so I think even though they would like hugs, they would probably feel hesitant to give one. They also probably realized it's more comfortable for other people/the kids if they asked for a hug first.

Moon's 'hug' would probably depend on if you were a kid/teenager or an adult I think. For kids they would probably offer actual hugs to comfort them, but they were afraid of Moon so they probably don't get any. For adults.. Moon is a security watch thing so they would probably get upset if adults came into the daycare during night/naptime or they were breaking into the building. That's where they would hug the life out of you.

Vanessa is probably the same during the glitch, but alot more stressed. If you were a friend she would probably appreciate the concern and the plushy though.

Even without Glam Freddy or Gregory there, Vanny would probably still come out. She is a murderer after all.

I don't watch any of the theories in the fandom, so I'm not sure what you're talking about? Burntrap would probably be really musty and stink though. I don't think he would take a hug very well and would attack you honestly. He took the remnant from every one else's soul so I don't see what's stopping him from taking yours as well.

The blob is probably aggressive and unstable, so you would get attacked by them as well.

Some random Sun and Moon x reader headcanons

Sun

☀️ Absolutely LOVES any affection from you, whether it's hand holding, hugs, etc. They'll melt over it everytime. They'll be quick to return the affection.

☀️ They would give you things they found in the daycare that the kids might have left behind- toys, hair ties, cheap jewlery, stuff like that. Things they find neat! I could see them giving you a cool rock or something they found if they were allowed to leave the daycare.

☀️ Would call you a nickname or two, but they wouldn't go overboard with it. They would probably call you sunshine or sweetheart.

☀️ Terrible at telling you how they feel. They get too embarrassed! They would continue to treat you like a friend, probably dying inside that they haven't confessed to you yet. They're worried that might be against the rules as well.

☀️ Their idea of a date is sitting in the daycare, or their room as messy as it is, and coloring/drawing together and talking about their feelings. They probably want to have a proper date with you, but they aren't allowed to leave the daycare.

☀️ Despises transforming into Moon even more now that they've met you. Either they're scared that he'll hurt you or he'll want you for himself.

☀️ They would feel so bad if you were frightened by them, probably doing anything to seem less scary.

Moon

🌙 Unlike Sun, he would be very direct with his feelings, but it seems more like teasing or him being horny. He would get really flustered when he realizes you don't understand that he actually likes you. Then he would get embarrassed and sulk in secret.

🌙 Definitely does like to make suggestive jokes towards you though

🌙 Very handsy and affectionate, but he's awkward about it, getting embarrassed when he actually thinks about touching you. Being slightly aggressive as he grabs your hand or hugs you suddenly.

🌙 Stalks you around the pizzaplex under the pretense of 'keeping you safe.' He is concerned about you, but he's really just jealous you might be talking to someone else.

🌙 He loves to sneak up behind you and scares you if he gets the chance, or suddenly hug you.

🌙 It would only bother him a little if you were scared of him. After all it seems like most people are scared of him.

🌙 If you weren't scared of him, he would very surprised. He would probably go on the defense and try to scare you- until he went too far and made you cry, accidentally hurt you, etc.

🌙 Expect him to leave weird gifts for you. Marbles, silly bands, tokens, tickets, maybe broken parts off of arcade machines. He expects you to buy his merch if gives you tickets.

They would be more of a soft yandere. Emotionally and mentally manipulative, but they would never hurt the object of their affection.

They seem stupid and silly, but they're actually pretty cunning at times

They always know just the right thing to say to smooth things over with their s/o

Definitely a gift giver. Strangely they always know just the perfect gift for you

They get jealous easily and tend to be very clingy, arms wrapped around your waist while they put their head on your shoulder

Strangely, coworkers would just start avoiding you when you started to get too close with them

If you ever tried to leave them, you would find yourself trapped in their room somewhere, while they cuddle with you and whisper sweet nothings in your ear

Moon 🌕

Much more of a forceful yandere. They would actually hurt their s/o if they tried to leave them. Does the things Sun is afraid to die

They love to see bruises on your skin, only if they did it to you though. Anyone else would dead if they dared to hurt you

They'll hold you and squeeze you hard enough to leave bruises. They would even dig their claws into you until you bled

Wouldn't hesitate to slip something in your drink

Is a lot more upfront with their feelings than Sun was

If you started to get too close with coworkers, they would go missing and you might just find one of their personal items, covered in blood

If you tried to leave them, you would end up trapped in the pizzaplex, tied up so you couldn't run away. They would definitely punish you so badly you wouldn't even think about trying to escape again.

This one was inspired by a dream I had.

I hc that Sun is a great artist but would draw at the same level as the kids to make them feel better. Also Sun and Moon hang out with DJMM because I said so.

Daycare attendants aren't programmed to handle a crush!

Letting out a yawn, you use your security badge to enter the employee lounge. Usually on the first shift no one else was in the room. All you needed to do was leave your bag and begin your sweep of the Pizza Plex. You tuck your security badge into your pocket as you walk to your locker. You look up to input your code before pausing.

The door to your locker looks like it was ripped open and then sealed closed with pink, glitter tape. The keypad’s screen was shattered and flickering. If you looked close enough, you could see claw marks in the metal of the locker. You look around and see that no one else's lockers suffered any damage.

Peeling back the tape, the door almost falls off its hinges. All of your belongings were still intact. Nothing was stolen or broken. Infact, there was something new there. On the bottom shelf was a stack of papers tied together with ribbon.

Untying the pages reveals multiple drawings of yourself. Some were obviously done by children, even signed with their names. But a majority were a nicer quality with no signature. On some of the nicer drawings, there was a small difference in style. Some had a harsher, darker stroke. While others have more of a lighter feel to them.

The Freddy themed wall clock chimed, indicating the start of your shift. You set the papers into your bag. You hope no one actually tries to break into your locker before you could get a new one. The only security for it now was some tape.

You begin your morning by checking in on the animatronics. Giving your good morning greetings, seeing if they were good to go for the day. You asked the main four if they knew anything about the drawings in your locker. None of them knew what you meant, giving you confused looks. Seems you would have to ask elsewhere.

Leaving Rockstar Gallery, your next stop was to see DJ Music Man. The big arachnid was able to set up on his own, but it never hurt to check up on him.

“Hey DJ! How are you this morning?” You walk over and begin to check over his booth. Making sure everything was in the right place and turned on.

He pauses his set up to give you a wave and a finger gun in your direction. DJMM begins to look over his tracks while listening to you talk.

“-and so I opened my locker and there were a ton of pictures of me. You know anything about that DJ?”

He freezes up and looks down at you. Shifting his eyes to the left and right, he turns one of his beats on, ignoring your question.

“You do know! Who was it? C’mon, tell me.” You pressure. You needed to know who left those papers in your locker.

DJMM is quick to shake his head, to the best of his ability, and retreat into his tunnels. He was hiding something from you. You’d find out what sooner or later.

The final stop of your check was the daycare. You first stop by the gift shop and the attached waiting area. Checking over the monitors, it feels like someone was watching you. Turning towards the daycare play area, a blur of yellow slips just out of your vision. The blur is followed by a loud crash and then a mechanical shriek.

You speed over to the big wooden doors and enter the play area. Sun is frantically trying to piece together a block castle.

“Oh no! Oh no! Where was the bridge?! Where was the flag?! Such a mess! Must fix it!” The daycare attendant is quick to rebuild the castle. Seeing everything back in its place, he begins to calm down. He swerves to the left but is startled by the sight of you. Weren’t you just in the gift shop?

“Good morning Sun. I heard a crash and wanted to come chec-!” You were interrupted as Sun practically leaped into your arms. They began to nuzzle the cheek of their faceplate into your own.

“Friend!! You’re back!! I had to wait a full 14 hours, 37 minutes, and 15 seconds to see you again!! It’s been so, so long!!” You weren’t used to having so much attention at one time. You attempt to continue your duties with Sun clinging to you.

“I missed you too, Sun. That crash made me worried so I came down to check on you.” Your words made his cooling system go into overdrive. A low hum could be heard from his mechanics.

“You were worried!! About me!! Oh, you’re just as thoughtful as always!! Did you have a nice drive here? Did you look inside your locker?”

“...Did you leave those papers in my locker?” Oh no! He ruined the surprise!

“What?! No no no nonono! Moon left them. I can’t go into the employee lounge.. it’s against the rules! You know Moon, always the rule breaker! Why do you ask? Did you like them?”

From inside their shared thoughts, Moon was fuming! This wasn’t the plan at all. Sun was making them out to be some bad guy!

“Yes I did, I thought the drawings were very nice. I’m not sure if Moon can hear me right now, but if he can’t, tell him I appreciated it.” You push against Sun’s torso, causing them to release their hold on you. “Though, I would love it if he didn’t destroy my locker. Well, I need to check the rest of the Pizza Plex before we open.”

You were leaving already?! Their plan was going down the drain!

“You can’t go, Sunshine! Why not play a game? We could play house, or hide and go seek, or tag!” They curl their arms around your own.

“As much as I would love to, I have to get back to work. My bills won’t pay themselves. If it makes you feel better, I can try to come by during my lunch break.”

“We could have lunch together, friend!! I could put the kids to sleep early and I can be with you while you eat!! Like a date! It’s a date!” They release your arm to cup their heated faceplate.

You weren’t thinking of it as much of a date. Your ideal date location wouldn’t be a daycare. But Sun seemed really happy about this. “Uh…Sure! It’s a date, Sun. I’ll see you at 12.” With that, you quickly make your way into the hall.

Sun was fidgeting with excitement. Even with their plan failing he scored him and Moon a date!

‘You idiot! Why would you make me the villain! It was your idea to put the papers in their locker.’

“Oh relax, Moon! That can be water under the bridge now! We got a date to go on!” Hooking himself to the cable in the sky, Sun goes up to his room to make preparations for your visit.

☀️! sun canonically has anxiety, so when he first starts to fall for you he just assumes his systems are failing. Then he'd get worried if he told anyone they'd just scrap him. ((poor baby))

☀️! he would probably sulk around the daycare but he always seemed to perk up when you come around. Older kids would take notice and start picking on him for having a crush. and thats when it would hit him. A crush! how could he be so silly, He wasn't dying he was just in love!...what is "love"?

☀️! he is a robot after all. A robot that mostly hangs around children and has no dating experience, so his idea of love would definately come from what kids have told him. ((and kids dont really give good love advice...))

☀️! he would try their advice at first! but when you don't respond to it/just laugh it off he would get frustrated. Couldn't you see he was flirting?

☀️! eventually, he'd just tell you ((in a very passive aggressive way)) but when he hears you had no clue, he gets really flustered and embarrased.

☀️! i'm not sure about you, but dating a robot definately doesn't seem like the most...practical thing. So when you tell him you'll think about it he understands. Even if it hurts a bit.

☀️! Sun is VERY insecure about the fact he isn't human. He sees how humans act every day and wants nothing more than to experience it for himself. (and if hes human, maybe you'd be more willing to be with him..)

☀️! sun doesn't know what manipulation is, you know this. The man doesn't have a bad bone in his body, hes just a little..bananas at times. ((you would be too if you had to chase kids around all day)) So its a little easier to forgive him when he clings to you crying and begging you to give him a chance.

☀️! he's so terrified you'll leave that he's going above and beyond. If you even look at something for too long, hes putting it in your locker. Eventually, you do warm up to the relationship but his gift giving habits never stop. ever..

☀️! his favorite nicknames for you would be: "squish" (he doesnt mean it in a malicious way! he just thinks humans are squishy lol) "sunscreen" and "my star"

☀️! he absolutely melts when you call him anything other than sunny/sun. Even if it isn't a nickname. You could call him a little sh!t and he would swoon just the same ((after scolding you for cursing)) he just can't pick a favorite! he loves everything you call him :")

☀️! would scrub his room top to bottom then drag a mattress/couch for you lay on up there. Now you can't use the excuse theres nowhere for you to sleep!

☀️! Definately follows you around like a kicked puppy after hours. He cant help it! He just loves you so much! he wants to spend every second with you :(

🌙! sun and moon are a package deal, you can't just date sunny without moon being involved..they do share a body yknow..

🌙! at first though, he wants absolutely nothing to do with you. Infact, he makes a point to ignore you. Complete personality flip from sun's overly clingy nature. you're sun's partner, not his.

🌙! watching you from sun's perspective though gives him a new feeling. Which manifests into aggression. He lashes out at you, but regrets it seconds later. He doesn't know why he's like this.

🌙! it would hit him the same way it hit sunny. (very fucking suddenly.) hes in love with you

🌙! his behaviour would shift a bit, he'd be more playful and toy with you. Try to get closer to you. But he'd be angry if you didn't play along/if you got scared. why are you afraid of him? is he that scary? do you hate him?

🌙! hes just a hothead. He'd never hurt you! (on purpose.) if anything, he'd just storm off.

🌙! sort of the same with sun, he assumes you'll magically understand he's flirting. But unlike sun his confession would be heat of the moment and out of aggression

"god you're so dense. I can't believe sun and I fell for an idiot like you." "Wait..moon..you like me?"

🌙! would overheat and temporarily shut down due to anger and embarrasment.

🌙! getting everything figured out with sun would be..confusing. But you all do agree that it's okay to date both of them. Its like a poly relationship! you just can't see them both at the same time.

🌙! once everything is settled, the only thing that really changes (at first) is moon gets nicer! He warms up very very slowly to you. But once he does hes just as clingy as sun.

🌙! moon's emotions seem to change at random, and it's very easy to set him off. Which he knows is a flaw he needs to work on, but now he has a reason to work on it. You (d'aww...so sweet)

🌙! his love language is physical touch, he'd never admit it though. He shows it in little ways. Putting his hand on your shoulder, rubbing your back, holding hands.

🌙! he's self concious, but only for you. He's fine when kids dislike him, they dont matter. But you do. He worries you'll like sun more than him or that he's not good enough. ((he just needs some reassurance))

🌙! a relationship with him would be lots of work, but worth it in the end. Once you crack his outer shell he really is a sweet guy

🌙! his favorite nicknames for you would be: "starlight" "little lamb" and "sleepyhead" (he rarely uses them though, your name is much prettier)

🌙! nicknames for him would either make him swoon or piss him off. Depends how stupid they are.

🌙! sun is nicer because he asks (begs) you to stay the night, moon doesn't give you a choice. You're gonna stay in his room with him til the lights come on.

🌙! at the end of the day, he loves you more than he can show. They both do :(
