my fav part in lisa frankenstein is when she talks about how men don’t want to date a women with the same interests as them or when women are "cooler" than them. ITS SO TRUE! like as a pretty artsy weird alternative bitch i related so hard. men hate it when you actually have a personality and hobbies. then after you stop talking to them, they just steal ur interests and use them to pull other girls! (at least in my experience) i just loved that they put that part in there, its so real. love the movie so much.

watched lisa frankenstein last night and now i have the perfect stranger things AU

Hi my name is Eddie Munson and I have long curly brown hair with bangs and chocolate brown eyes and a lot of people tell me I look like Blackie Lawless (AN: if u don’t know who he is get da hell out of here!). I’m not related to James Hetfield but I wish I was because he’s a major fucking hottie. I’m a metalhead but my head is made of skin and meat. I have pale white skin. I’m also a drug dealer, and I go to a shitty school called Hawkins High in Indiana where I’m in the third senior year (I’m twenty). I'm still a metalhead (in case you couldn’t tell) and I wear mostly black. I love the second hand sho and I buy all my clothes from there. For example today I was wearing a denim vest with a Hellfire Club shirt black ripped jeans, a wallet chai. And white reeboks. I was wearing chunky rings, a Dio back patch, different metal buttons and a black bandana. I was walking outside Hawkins High. It was snowing and raining so there was no sun, which I was very happy about. A lot of jocks stared at me. I put up my middle finger at them.

“Hey Eddie!” shouted a voice. I looked up. It was…. Y/N!

“What’s up Y/N?” I asked.

“Nothing.” she said shyly.

But then, I heard my friends call me and I had to go away.

eddie munson who when he is little is told he needs reading glasses. of course, living with his father, that never happens. either allen munson is too drunk to stand, or sleeping off his hangover, or just being an asshole. when he moves in with wayne, he neglects to ever mention it. when wayne brings it up, eddie ignores it.

it’s not until you are studying with him, when you notice him squinting and messing with the paper.

“can you read that?” you ask. it comes off a little…harsher than expected.

“i can read it just fine,” he says stubbornly.

you look at him funny, and he sighs. there is no getting past you.

“no,” he says. “i can’t. doc says i’m supposed to have reading glasses but the old man never took me and i’d look dorky in glasses and the last thing i need is something to invite more bullying-“

you shut him up with a kiss.

“tomorrow we’re going to get you reading glasses,” you say. “no argument.”

the next day, eddie leaves the eye doctor with a pair of circular, thin silver wire eye glasses. he puts them on to drive, and you think he looks so cute you just can’t get enough.

“i still think i look stupid,” he grumbles.

“you look great.” you say with a smile. “very scholarly.”

eddie smiles at you before turning on his van and heading home to the trailer with you.

oh, and you definitely make him wear them in bed with you that night.
