Hey everyone, gotta make an announcement that I'll be taking a bit of a break from posting for a while.

The Road Trip prompts will be posted on May 27th as scheduled, and I'll reblog any posts pertaining to the thread and event regardless. However, posting art, or anything else besides the event, will come to a slow on my end temporarily across all my blogs. My RP blog @mrthenarrator will be in an indefinite hiatus for the foreseeable future as well.

In short, someone has been stalking me for the past few months, and is refusing to leave me alone despite countless attempts to block, report, and outright ignore her. Not only has it been a big tank towards my mental health overall, but all of her attempts have made me feel uncomfortable, paranoid, and downright disturbed. My boundaries have been broken, I have been manipulated, I have been seen as an object of hyperfixation and not as a real living person, and I have been threatened.

I'll be taking my time off tumblr to spend with friends and family who have been supporting me through all of this and have been helping me deal with the emotional turmoil that this has caused. I'm sorry for the hassle this may cause especially towards the event, however i will do my best to rest emotionally, and come back healthier and better. I hope you all understand.

And to this stalker in particular: Please, leave me alone. I have been as patient as i can with you, but this has been the breaking point. Please, leave me alone, and please stop messaging me.

Virgil im back! Salutations, Holá, Bonjour, Hallo, Whatever! I Have some updates!

So uh I think Sarah left- and I doubt She’ll ever come back and I may have sobbed for about two weeks over it but it turns out her existence was what made those shadow things really hostile- and a found one that looks like a cat(I think that's what a cat is?) So I kidnapped it and befriended it and its name is Lin.

I don't think it understands me- or if it does it's not particularly interested in what I have to say... From what ive researched that's basically the definition of a cat. Though ive never seen one since the most ive ever seen were sterile test rooms and a mutilated city… and a lot of developer textures I had to make sure Sarah couldn't see…

Anyway I have one more thing- and I'll try to keep it brief.

Do you know how to sew? I think I ripped my last sweatshirt open and I spawned in needles and thread only to realize I don't have the refined motor skills to actually sew it back together and keep it together…

Oh goodness... I do hope she's alright now, wherever she is. That and you are doing well yourself.

Well, that certainly does sound like a cat! I'm rather surprised you found one, but I hope you do well in taking care of it. Despite them not being able to understand us verbally, I'm sure Lin does have some sort of understanding of the world around you. (Or it might not, I don't know, I'm no Catologist by any means!)

As for Sewing, I am fairly decent in sewing actually! I have a rather steady hand in my Parable, and a more... okay hand in the real world. It was a skill i tried to learn to a certain degree in success that I never had much of a need for till now. So, I'm more than willing to help sew your shirt back together should you need it!

Again, I sincerely hope you are doing well Natalie. Should you need any more help or assistance or simply just an ear to talk to, you know where to reach me. 😊

Hmm...

While I don't know much in terms of fashion advice for everyone, for the most part I simply go onto that one image platform and look for outfits that I think would be nice to wear. (I think it was called Pinterest? I might have to check on that later. 🤔)

However, I think personally that nothing can go wrong with a good suit. Whether it's simply a blazer, a two-piece, or three-piece, I'd think it would look good regardless as to who wears one.

Regarding the “reevaluation”

Ha ha what now? Dont lie to me I can smell it from here… he's betrayed you by eating your food I can just tell. The disappointment is measurable and its a lot I can confirm.

Why... ehm... yes, he ate my food again. That is definitely why I am re-evaluating my feelings right now and not that I may be harboring some sort of romantic feelings towards him. My whole life has crumbled before me, shattered into a million visages of agony and despair, all because he ate the food I had placed in the fridge that were specifically for me.

What has the world come to? That someone I care about must damage me like so? When will this torment ever end?! The disappointment is not only immeasurable, but it's crushing and wounding my soul.

My! Well-... ahem. Hello, the non-timekeeper or whoever you are.

In regards to my own Stanley, The one from my Parable. I don't hate him. Not in the slightest.

If you had asked me a year ago, I would have said I was neutral to Stanley. Back then, we had just gained the ability to leave the Parable and meet new people. While it took myself a bit of time gathering the courage to even put myself out there, Stanley was more than willing to go out. I suppose his memories of his past life were true enough that he was more fit to adjust to the real world than I am.

For a month or so we remained as colleagues, roommates, two individuals from the same video game. Tolerating each other regardless of our rocky past inside the Parable.

However, it wasn't until Lynne came into being that me and Stanley realised we had to do more than tolerate each other, if only for the line™'s sake.

We were certain that we were the only beings sentient from the Parable. But when the line™ gained a human form, we knew we had to help it™ adjust to not only to a new form, but how to live with it. And while Stanley had the upper hand in knowing how to best take care of a persons body, I was experienced in operating one after being only a voice for so long.

(Within the HD Remake of the Parable, I was only a speaker outside of the map with the exception of being a skeleton head during the freedom ending. In that state, I was merely a voice. It wasn't until Oswin had met me and designed a physical form for me that I had a body to inhabit.)

After this, we began to go to therapy (both separately, and together) as a way to understand each other and work on our relationship. The Parable was coded in such a way that communication between us was difficult, and we needed to give those days some closure now that we weren't trapped by the game in its entirety.

As for love? Well, I love Stanley, yes. However not in the typical romantic sense.

While i do admire and care for him a great deal, way more than the usual person would be, I don't harbor any romantic interest towards him, and Stanley doesn't hold any romantic interest for me either.

We did try dating for a few months however! It was around last year in may when Stanley and I decided to date for a bit, as we thought that our affection for each other meant that we should date. And truthfully? It was a fun and pleasant time. We even went to the Narrator Gala together as a date!

It's during this time, however, when we realised that we were happy remaining as friends. We both agree that we hurt each other a great deal in the Parable, and we weren't ready to move past that just yet. We care and admire each other a great deal. Often at times, too much compared to the average person. However we didn't find dating the other to be what we were looking for. Stanley and I realised that we were perfectly fine remaining as close friends. (Or as a Queer Platonic Relationship, as I've come to learn!)

In short: I like Stanley as a very close friend, and nothing more. We care for each other a great deal, however we are perfectly fine remaining as friends rather than romantically pursuing the other.

To be honest, I was rather shocked last year to know that people celebrated the release of Ultra Deluxe (and the employee number of course). I wasn't sure if anyone would have liked the sequel and I didn't know how one could celebrate this day. But now that I've spent a year living in the real world, I feel better suited to celebrate this day with the world! It should be a global holiday. 😤

Regardless, I do hope you are doing well yourself Stanley, and have a wonderful 4/27 yourself! I cannot wait to hear from you again! 😊

sorry for the lack of activity today! me and @mrthenarrator went to our first ever convention!!!!

i got a hat, some keychains and some stickers. while he got some elf ears, a new leather bag, a custom real life bag of holding, and his first ever d20! (we both got one they were on sale for 2 dollars each but they are our first so were hyped either way!!!)

also. Narry was totally composed the entire time it was amazing /sar /lh /aff
