So last night, I was bored and scrolling through a Tumblr page I follow that hasn't updated since November 2015, when I saw a pic of an old character design the admin of that page drew, and wondered how that character's outfit (or at least a similar looking one) would look on Hotspot.

As you can tell, Hotspot isn't very fond of wearing the outfit. I think it's cute on her, though!

A little over a week ago, I went and put together a height chart of the main three of the series (though their heights shown in the comic may not always be accurate to the chart), and I figured I'd also give some extra info about the characters with it.

From left to right, I shall go over the characters shown...

Leftmost: Brando Multin (the 36th)

Age: 31 Birthdate: December 2nd, 2741 Sex: Male Main roles in the crew: Captain, Pilot

The youngest of the crew, but still very much experienced for his age. Having received his pilot's license at 21, he has taken on many jobs across various systems in the galaxy, and is known to get things done when asked of him. He is said to look almost exactly like an ancestor of his who was the first in his family to have the name "Brando". As a result, he wears a white sweater and brown shorts to honor said ancestor.

Middle: Vertonyx Minokor / "Tacrobo"

Age: 86 (though you wouldn't know it just looking at him!) Birthdate: October 27th, 2686 Sex: Male Main roles in the crew: Mechanic, Engineer

Vertonyx, or "Tacrobo" as he is referred to by his crew, is cybernetically enhanced to allow him to remain feeling youthful and healthy in his old age. His particular race of cat-like alien is known as the 'Felarx', and they are known for their merchant cult-like workforce, committing thievery, space piracy and black market tending. Tacrobo left his former life with them behind to make something new of it, and ended up as a crew member on Brando's Hanner Viktor "Chromeliner", which he gave the custom ship identifier "Diamondback".

Rightmost: Hotspot

Age: ██ Birthdate: October 10th, ███ Sex: Female Main roles in the crew: Navigations, Security & Combat AI

Hotspot is not just an AI for many of the ship's systems. She also is a "Hard-Light" hologram that manifests in the ship, allowing her to interact with physical objects and entities inside and outside the ship itself. Hard-Light is a semi-transulcent solid made of light that can morph into different shapes at her will, as long as it's part of her body. If you were to cuddle with her like a teddy bear, it would be like standing outside with the sun shining on your face. It would also set your hair on fire, so don't actually do it. She's also an avid enjoyer of many video games, most of which from long, LONG before her crew's time. Some say she took "inspiration" from an old virtual role-playing game, basing a form she can take off of its final boss.
