I found something worse than the usual "cover changes the pronouns to avoid making it gay": Someone DE-BISEXUALIZED a song.

Lover I Don't Have To Love by Bright Eyes. The first chorus includes the line "I want a girl who's too sad to give a fuck" and the second chorus goes "I want a boy who's so drunk he doesn't talk".

But when Bettie Serveert covered it, she sang the second chorus twice! She goes "I want a boy who's so drunk he doesn't talk" both times.

COWARDICE OF THE HIGHEST ORDER. If you're unwilling to be a bisexual emo man for four minutes and 30 seconds, then DON'T SING THAT SONG!
