It really depends for Ayo'a, because if it's something that's close enough to the truth, he won't deny it and his reaction will depend on if the rumor triggers a panic attack or not. If they don't, he'll only react if the rumor actively hinders him, if at all. Should a panic attack be triggered, he'll try to 'escape', whatever that means in the moment. If the rumor is an outright lie and bothersome, he'll use his position and connections to gain more information. If he has any right to do something about it himself, he will. If not, chances are his connectiosn will decide to do something about it for him. Best not to anger his carbuncle, bro or extended family.

Lea'li is the bro. Negative rumors are only negative if they don't make him look cool, work against him or hurt his friends and family. Fiercefully protective of the people he likes, he's the type to react quickly if said rumors about him involve any of them. Nateli couldn't care less. She's a chaotic egg. But hurt her friends and you'll have a very angry Ixal on your tail that doesn't play by the rules.

What type of villain are you? <Quiz

Been thinking about a possible villain arc for Yo'a to do with how he uses arcanima. I guess the result of the quiz would fit, because he's a good lad, and when push comes to shove he definitely does things that aren't always seen as right, but never to harm for harm's sake. What I do see him become later, is a bit drunk on infusing himself with or into various types of aether in a not so controlled way. A little slippery slope...

Stole the link from someone appearing on my dash that unfortunately I can't find back right now. I keep scrolling but the post doesn't show and I forgot the name of the character. I do know however that the character looks amazing and is a fulltime villain and voidsent. Should I find the post again, I'll update this one so you can all say hello to their voidy self. For Ayo'a, it's how trouble at his job ended with him getting attacked and eventually offered to Leviathan. He obviously survived without getting turned, but the experiences have left some lasting scars, both physically and mentally. For Lea'li, it's how he grew up as the youngest of three lads, basically without any adult around for most of his youth, only to witness them find a watery grave in the end. He's endured some awful things growing up, but the loss of his brothers is what marks him the most. For Pravus, it is the state of his family and his family's secrets. Being both considered a weapon for the empire and a threat to it is a very tense path to thread, one that still follows him after the fall of the empire.

Because I am a little hobgoblin and I love to read about peoples' OC's, I wanted to chuck out a random WoLQotD that I didn't want to use as a single ask for my drive: What, in your opinion, is the most horrific thing about your character's story? Is it who they are and how they treat the world? Is it where they came from; the wars, political divide, state of their family, etc. Is it the magic they wield/was it an event that defined them?

I love a little horror/angst in my worldbuilding, so I want to hear yours.
