Bad news kinda??

Ever since the entire "LGB without the T" i suffer very bad chronic stress, im not sure how to feel at all. I just feel hopeless and depressed. The fact they want to remove us trans people entirely from the community is upsetting. We fought for the rights of others, and the thanks we get is a slap in the face and them wanting to eradicate us. We aren't safe, not even from our OWN community that we've build over the years.

I really am not sure if i'll ever make it past 30 or 40 years old. Im not sure even if anti-trans bills will even reach europe at some point. Im not sure about if i'll ever start my trans journey, because im seen as a threat to others and i know if i ever express my identity i will be just another procentage, i will just be another person murdered for being trans. I dont want to live my life like this.

Please, take care of yourself. And if you can, donate to trans people, go to protests, support trans businesses. Fight for our rights. We are at stage 6-7 of being genocided. And i know a lot of people might say "oh but genocide includes only race, ethnicity and religion!" trans people were also killed during ww2, it was a genocide against everyone who wasn't white, cis, christian and hetero. Conservatives do not care about our rights, they only care to remove us from this world, so they can live out their white cishet christian lifes without us, they hate us and always have been.

Quick question for other systems: How do you appear to others in inner world?

Do you appear more as a drawing, or maybe more realistic? Both? A blurry mess of both?

Me personally, I appear realistically. But, others in sys are all of the above- So just wondering how it works for others

this post is for the systems who aren't constantly switching and usually only switch from the host for a few hours at best. a lot of systems always seem to be switching a lot and seeing that lead me into denial because our switches aren't as frequent and it's the host that's fronting the majority of the time. it's normal and you don't have to have hella switches every day to be a system. just remember there's no set or "right" way to be a system <3

i love how much it focuses on Ellie being born post society. Joel lived until his adult life before the collapse of the world, but Ellie was born after it all went down. Of course she wouldn't know what a car does. Of course she'd be in awe that they went in the SKY, REGULARLY, for traveling around. That's probably never going to happen again, at the very least definitely not in her lifetime. This show keeps reminding us of what we take for granted in this age and it's such good world building
