It’s very common for them to get random medical issues- ex. appendicitis, need their wisdom teeth out, broken limbs out of nowhere, etc . They cannot access the doctors in sloth, so they need to suffer through it

At times a one way viewing window into heaven will appear. This makes the sinners have to watch the winners living in paradise.

Hellborns don’t have to deal with any additional suffering. They get to live in Hell as we see it, because they did nothing inherently wrong

Stolas is going to Ozzie's. Stella is booking his table, hiring the best hellhounds, buying him an elegant suit and buying a new car. She is completely unaware that this dinner is actually a date between her husband and his lover, she only finds out when a magazine arrives at her door.
