ya know honestly I would be perfectly happy if avatar: the way of water turns out not to be plot heavy and instead focuses more on character development and world building, like this series is so structurally sound for a very in depth exploration of more introspective themes, and cultural and familial exploration (I sort of think that's why the first movie was a little flawed in tackling the themes it did, as it was more focused external forces than internal, but also does set up the series to delve into the latter quite well, so it's very mixed in good and bad way)

but mostly I am just happy to see neytiri again 💙
