LXS finally puts together an EP that carries the energy of their live shows with a mostly thematically hopeful collection of original songs (and a few remixes), adding lighter '90's textures to their 80's alt-dance center.

Containing only the single "Tight", this song sees 10cm hand over the songwriting and production to a different team yet his voice stays consistent and the playful songwriting and arrangement fits his style well.

An interesting product that's enjoyable enough for new players and kitchen table players, but that doesn't live up to its claim of being able to take the combined deck to competitive events.

There are two storylines mashed together this season, one involving Frank protecting a young women fleeing trouble which was promising but got undermined by the other: a boring and pointless story involving an amnesiac Billy Russo, a confused Dinah Madani, and Billy's boring psychotherapist. The end result is far less than satisfactory, despite a thrilling, action-packed start.

A cooler, bluesier companion to Jaira that sometimes struggles with vocal performance or engineering, but is still a fine blues rock listen for those inclined.
