Best ED Tip
Allow yourself one day to not count calories like once a week. It helps with weight loss so much, dude. I used to believe that was such BS but I’ve literally ate 500 calories every day + exercise at a gym and stayed at 180. However, the second I binged for a day and started my 500 cal routine again, I immediately went to 175 in like two days. Like I said, take one day out of the week and literally just enjoy that day. I recommend making plans on that day too because you’ll feel good and have energy. You deserve one day, at least. It’s one single day.
