At this point, I feel this is necessary to say because as someone whose been within the RPC ever since 2011 where these kind of routines/rituals have ignited in 2016 and onward. Apparently it appears people believe it is justified into running out people who have been delivered a callpost regardless if the ones who received one out of a mistake have apologized for. These people believe if they “warn others”, this is for the sake of our good hearts who shouldn’t associate with this problematic person for what they did long ago. 

NO, YOU ARE WRONG. THIS IS NOT GOOD BEHAVIOR. IT IS SEVERELY TOXIC. 

Try to imagine this situation on what’s happening: person A was made a callpost as group S demanded for an apology and even spread it around the RPC. Person A makes an apology through great sincerity but then group S reject this apology. To this day, group S makes it a consistent habit to “keep tabs on person A, screenshot their promos to write the cruelest comments on them and have their group reblog it as another way to make a “look out/callout post” because they seriously don’t wish for person A to have any person interact. Their goal is to DRIVE PEOPLE OUT OF THE COMMUNITY, EVEN OBLIGATING OTHER PEOPLE TO NEVER INTERACTING WITH THEM. CHOOSING SIDES IS NOT HEALTHY BEHAVIOR BECAUSE GROUP S IS HOLDING A GUN TO PEOPLE’S HEADS FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR FOLLOW/INTERACTION TO SEVER TIES.

This behavior results in this: people who wish to have fun within the RPC are getting involved over a matter that holds no connection to them, it stresses these people out, spreads rumors on both parties, and reblog PSAs involving a forced choice though hide it through “we are doing justice because person A is horrible”. No one, especially those not involved in this mess, has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO GO BY WHAT YOU SAY REGARDLESS OF A CALLOUT POST. We have a choice to ignore everything, we have a choice to interact with person A, WE 👏HAVE 👏A  👏 CHOICE! No one asks for group S to be the “saviors” or “social justice” who look out for us whenever person A arrives. We can learn from ourselves instead of relying on baseless rumors/callout posts. 

But of course, group S, also has a choice and it’s called THIS POST on what actions to do.

You despise the person? Block and do not interact. You wish to warn others in private, among friends? Do so. You wish to post a matter in a way that FORCES YOUR FRIENDS to choice you? DO NOT PROMOTE THAT BEHAVIOR. IT IS EXCESSIVELY TOXIC AND UNNECESSARY. 

Use the tools you have instead of wasting time to stir discomfort within the RPC. At least have some respect to your mutuals/friends rather than wasting effort into running person A out of the community. Especially when they have probably changed ( notice I said probably ).
