im underwhelmed with the trailer honestly but i also haven't seen nancy w these graphics and that voice either? and like idk it felt kinda uncanny valley and elka and radek didn't even seem sexy in game 😞 bisexual heart is sad a bit but idk im not majorly excited? glad new games are being made still and glad to have a release date but im also not playing til im caught up in order anyways so idk !!! hope others are more excited 💜💜

barbie movie has me thinking again about how the whole schtick of "danger prone daphne" is just "haha, laugh at the woman" for 'failing' or being 'weak' in the same ways every other member of the gang does, to about the same quantity as other members as well. and the continued "arc" for her of "what is my purpose/value within the gang" because she is given no presumed competence or intelligence or value she's granted because of how she looks or acts or the things she cares about or takes interest in. even going so far as to have other members of the gang join in on this "yeah, what purpose do you serve?" thing and make it a comedic relief thing in (i believe) trick or treat, scooby doo because even within the gang they cannot and/or will not value or affirm her as a person in the ways they do or will for other characters. her femininity is seen as a detractor from her worth.
