Did Baxter ever say “I love you” to Angela? how was that? How did she feel?

Probably not a expected answer, but Baxter and Angela have been saying, "I love you" since their childhood. Of course the context is difference, as it was more of a platonic love with a extremely bonded friendship. Angela was probably the first, when she's around 9, to tell Baxter that she loves him, and hopes they can be best friends forever.

During their adulthood, maybe during their friends-with-benefits phase, there's a point where Baxter waves her goodbye, and says, "Love you." Angela turns, smiles, saying, "Love ya back, Baxter." Angela believed Baxter was sharing that same, platonic sentiment from their childhood. Baxter finds himself saying it for a deeper reason.

I was always stumbling, no words could come out, ppl kinda moved around me like a obstacle, I was having a mini panic attack in my dream and I couldn’t wake up
