It’s about time people stopped seeing him as “that one orphan kid with no family” and start seeing him as someone whos loved and has a wonderful family! (and is well-fed)

how about chubby simon

- so after the mage dies and simon and penny go to live together, simon spends most of the time eating

- like, watching tv while eating

- cleaning the house while eating

- cooking while eating 

- doing homework while eating (penny has to bribe him with food for him to actually do it)

- what’s more, every time baz comes to visit he brings simon food (a lot of scones) bc he knows how much he loves to eat (has spent a lot of years watching him doing so y’know)

- baz eventually learns how to cook just to see simon’s face when he eats his dishes

- so, of course, after all this eating, simon’s body changes

- when simon realizes he’s gaining weight (a lot of weight), he feels guilty and ashamed

- BUT

- baz doesn’t stop cooking and making him cakes

- AND

- he makes it VERY CLEAR that he absolutely loves every inch of Simon’s body

- he spends entire evenings just kissing simon’s chubby belly while he watches tv (and eats)

- but simon decides to go on a diet anyway

- and baz is like wtf why the bloody fucking hell would you do that to me?

- he says, i love you simon snow, every pound,, and, the more you weight, the more of you there is for me to kiss

- so simon gives up on the diet

- but penny cooks him veggies and helps him have a somewhat healthy diet, despite all (even though she loves seeing simon gaining weight, too)

- and they are all so happy just watching simon eating because he has gone through so much and has had enough hunger for a lifetime 

- it was about time he stopped being hungry and started being happy
