She's a little late, but that's because it took her forever to find something she thought her mama would like!

Happy (Belated) Mother's Day, Mama! Mimei got you, and made, a big (for her) bracelet made out of shells and pieces of things she thought would look pretty, all on some leftover trawler rope!

Lurai is elated by such a gift, eyes dazzled by the colorful shells and baubles that Mimei has gathered. And it fits over her scarred risks so perfectly. If they were not already in salt water, she would be crying. Many a nuzzle and kisses from mama to her sweet little banana girl~

Larai would sometimes dream of her younger days...when she was no more bigger than a baby seal. Her coloring indicated she was to be the next queen in line, the blue in her hair, the glow of her scales.

She had loved her mother dearly...and she was taken from her far too soon.

She recalled the ship that had snagged her, harpooned her and dragged her to the mast. She heard her cries, her screams of anger, fear, desperation. She recalled her own hoarse crying, unable to do anything, and watched her mother die by the harpoons of a pirate.

She would always stir with a fright from such unpleasant memories, heart beating fast, and her eyes darting around for danger....until she realized it was a dream....and starts to weep anew.

“If you want it for how much you could sell it for, then you don’t want IT, you want money. If you want it for how it looks and how you think it will look on you, then you DO want it and it will be worth every bit of ‘coin’.” He was assuming that this world ran on coin…. He used rings, but not every world did so.

“Oh! Well in that case...it does look nice!” The woman beamed, before looking at Rottytops. “I’ll take it then!”

“I-I mean of course! It’s all yours! Thank you so much for your patronage~!”

And the sale was made and off the sucke-I mean happy customer went! Phew! What a relief.
