As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, there is no specific Domestic Violence Registry in New Jersey. Unlike some states that maintain registries for certain offenses, such as sex offender registries, New Jersey does not have a separate registry specifically for individuals convicted of domestic violence offenses.
However, it's important to note that individuals who are convicted of domestic violence offenses may still have their records accessible through criminal background checks. Law enforcement agencies, employers, and certain authorized entities can access criminal records, including convictions related to domestic violence, through the New Jersey State Police or other relevant agencies.
