Drawn out a fight with a Federal Marshal for several minutes.

Managed to keep from being curb stomped by a martial arts expert. (romeo and juliet and juliet)

Evaded a pursuer in the woods with a bullet wound in her shoulder. (shawn takes a shot in the dark)

We never see any real coaching in martial arts (and we learn in Romeo and Juliet and Juliet that Henry did not allow her to take any such classes) but since Henry taught him how to escape if locked in the trunk of a car by a bad guy, we can assume Shawn at least got some basic instruction in personal violence.
