VIVANT war mit ABSTAND das beste Drama das ich in den letzten zehn Jahren gesehen habe. Es war absolut perfekt von Anfang bis Ende. Ich bin sowas von am Ende

Other than Hanzawa Naoki and maybe 花のない花屋 I think VIVANT is one of the best dramas Japan has ever created I absolutely loved it beginning to end.

Honestly I think the fact that they left the BL undertones between Nogi and Kurosu and made Nozaki basically canonically gay alone make this such a milestone. It’s worth watching for that alone.

The scene the scene where Kurosu?? And Nogi?? Are in Nogis quarters and Kurosu SHMASHES Nogi against the wall and lays his head on his chest and then they hug and it’s honestly they could have kissed and it wouldn’t have made the scene more intimate I love Kurosu so much

やっと観ました😓

前作からの流れを汲んで変化した刑事・日岡、凶暴な極道・上林💨

立場は違えど、踊らされ狂っていく意味で実は似たもの同士の2人は宿命の好敵手であり愛すべき相手👬

2人が惹かれ求め合う終盤のバトルは哀愁すらあり、映画『ヒート』を彷彿させられました💦

要所要所で見せる相変わらずのグロ描写、往年のヤクザ映画を踏襲しつつも、警察組織の柵やミステリー要素を織り交ぜてくるあたり、とても良かったです‼️

一部キャストは若干わざとらしい広島弁ではありましたが、概ね広島の怖いおじさんとして遜色ない演技も良い👌

特に鈴木亮平は本当に見事👍👍

ラストの決着の付け方も、ちゃんと前作からの要素を活かしていて、うまいなと思いました😁

カーチェイスシーンが日本映画としては珍しくとてもワクワクする見応えある場面になってて驚きました😯

背後に平成初期には無いはずのビルが映るのはやむ無しですが、全体にの90年代初期日本描写も好きです👍

中盤、上林が馴染みの店で食事した後、幼少期の幻影を見る場面

あの場所は原爆の焼け野原からスラム化したエリアです💨今でもその名残があり、あのアパート群は言わば広島の影の部分の象徴なんです💦

それを上林という人物に落とし込んでいて、とても重たいものを感じました😔

ちなみにアパートができる前の、原爆ドームを背後にバラック小屋が立ち並ぶ街の様子が劇中に少し写りましたが、あそこは名作『仁義なき戦い 広島死闘篇』でも少し登場します‼️

今でもこのアパートは高齢者、外国人、母子家庭など弱者が多く住んでます😔現在改善する動きはあるのですが👌

難しいことかもしれませんが、原爆投下後の広島の様子を描いた作品がもっと増えると良いなと思います‼️
