trauma ko na rin sakin kase kanina nasa klasse is me,and since walang nasagot at ako lang active sa class at mahilig ako sumagot and mag recit while it has become my habit na rin aftor all these years

, in all my years isang beses lang ako naging president sa class, never na akong naging officer after that, kase andaming pinapagawa and activities (kids kung binabasa nyo to take note kayo)

and since nga almost a week na kaming nag kaklasse and wala pa ring mga ssg, today was the day na pinili ni sir para kumuha ng mga officers ,

kalmado lang ako kase after all ng hindi ako naging presi, i thought na wala akong chance maging officers... and since nga ako sagot ng sagot sa class , MAY NAGSUBMIT NG NAME KO MUNTIK NA KO MAGING PRESI BUTI NALANG MAY NAG SUBMIT NG ISA PANG NAME PARA MAGING PRESI

(take note po haha, every year binabalak talaga nila ako maging officer ako)

kaya yung isa naging presi kasi 10 yung naka taas yung kamay sakin tas 11 yung kamay sa kabila including me na HUHEUHEUHUE

kala ko wala ng mag susubmit sa name ko sa ssg PERO HINDE DINAMAY DIN AKO SA VICE PRESI KAYA AKO NALANG NAGING VICE PRESI

secretary pangit din yun, ikaw lagi taga lista, taga kuha ng information at dapat lagi kang may hawak na papel at lapis syempre dapat mahaba memorya mo, mamaya maya sumusulpot na yung teacher sayo sasabihin sayo as a secretary lahat ng dapat gawin (kids please take note marami kang matutunan sakin AHAHHA )

auditor, ok rin to mga mare, super ok lang, gagawin mo lang jan , yung pera na nakolekta ng treasurer bibilangin mo lang yan, at wala ka ng magagawa, PERO pag nawala ang money ikaw ang 2nd suspect (pero since guarrdian angel ako, binibigay sakin yung money kasi trusted daw ako ni ms auditor, kaya rarely lang kami manakawan

PIO, public information officers, HAHAHAHHA dapat matapang kapit mo sa mga teachers, dito pero wala ka rin din gagawin jan mamimigay ka lang ng infos galing sa teacher nyo pero lagot ka kapag nakalimutan mo sabihin yung mga infos sa mga presis laht na ng section nyo damay

congrats sa vice presi position mo yuni! sana di masyadong stressful yan 🫶🏼 and ty rin sa kwento and tips mo 🫶🏼 it’s nice to read stories about people’s experiences sa school diyan 😭 wala kasi masyadong ganap ng ganyan sa schools/unis dito eh. nung nasa hs ako, ang meron samin head girl (all girls ako pumasok) tapos sa college may student rep lang kami yun lang 😭😂 student rep na lagi namin pinag papasaahan ang title kasi wala talaga gusto maging student rep 😭😂

Episode:

• I love this episode for 2 reasons:

1.) Abbey

2.) the big plot twist

• “is it possible I’m taking something called ‘euthanasia?”

• when CJ said “your fish is fine and I need my office” she had a little bit of a twang/accent when she said “office”

• signs this show is outdated: the pagers, the computers, and the fact that even though a story is on the internet, it won’t become a huge thing until it’s in the papers. truly wild to me.

• always had a soft spot for the scene between Jed and Abbey in the residence. actually this me at every Jed and Abbey scene:

• I remember when I first watched this I wasn’t fazed at all when Abbey told Leo that Bartlet had MS. I don’t know if there was some disconnect in my brain, or I didn’t piece together how serious MS could be or how bad it was that he didn’t disclose it during the election or what but I was like “.....huh.” like I still think about that and I’m like “what kinda dumbass was I 2 years ago?”

• Josh and Donna’s banter is so on point in this episode.

“If the Capitol building blows up during the State of the Union, I’d imagine I’d move up a few slots.”

• how on earth can Hrishi think this is a light episode? A rom com? Not much to analyze?

This is the episode where it’s revealed the President has MS! This sets up the whole MS plotline! There’s romantic stuff between some of the characters but I wouldn’t call it a rom com. And not much to analyze? Analyze Jed and Leo’s relationship, analyze how well Martin Sheen and Stockard Channing play a marriage even though this is only her 2nd episode...

• ...anyway sorry had to get that out

• In the later seasons, they were shooting on location in DC where the President was stepping out of the Marine One and on the side of the helicopter, it said “UnTIED states of America” instead of United. They had to take an hour break to figure out how to fix it.

• Aaron Sorkin gave Bartlet the flu because he

a.) he wanted a scene where Bartlet was in bed watching a soap opera and

b.) wanted to introduce the idea that Abbey is a doctor.

He wanted something more serious than the flu, but something that would keep the show running for 4 years, so he came up with MS.

• nooo the actor who played Roger Tribbey was in CATS the musical 😂

• I feel like I knew in my subconscious that CJ was inspired to call Danny into her office and kiss him after watching Sam and Mallory make out, but I never mentioned it.

• thematically the plots concern how we present ourselves.

• some previous episodes incorporate certain health issues of the President, such refusing to take back pills, having high blood pressure, etc. I’d say this is an example of what Richard Schiff said about Sorkin planting seeds and bringing them up later instead of just randomly incorporating them at last minute, but Sorkin didn’t think of the MS storyline until last minute.
