hello again😅👋 srry it’s been wild these past month or two for me but I finally remembered that I have Tumblr and I’m here again 🙈🙈

#so long story short my life was falling apart and everything was a mess 😅😅 #it got to the point where I couldn’t even take care of myself and my surroundings. so I went to the doctor to see if there’s anything wrong #and LOL to my surprise I have ADHD and it’s only now getting treated because all the coping mechanisms I’ve been using don’t work anymore #and I pretty much just crashed. like it got so bad that I had a 3 hour sobbing session all because I couldn’t code a box to show up on my pc #but yea 😅 #I recently got medication to help me manage it and I’m definitely doing much better now #like for once my mind is calm and not constantly racing from one thing to the next? idk it’s hard to describe but yea #I didn’t know calmness was a thing until I finally took meds for it lollll #personal #it’s also definitely helped me a lot with the constant feeling of anxiousness like for once in my life I feel confident in myself+my actions #also just in one week I’ve been able to get so many things done than I usually would in a week. like this is definitely a huge game changer #in a month* #I miss drinking coffee tho 😔 doctor highly recommended that I don’t drink it while I’m taking the meds or it might backfire
