To cope with the impending ending of my favorite weather forecast show, i resumed reading Love Sky and lemme just tell you how faithfully the series was adapted to the screen. Its lovely really. 

If you think that Prapai was whipped for Sky, novel Prapai cannot continue a thought without Sky in it. Prapai has fallen as hard as the meteor that killed the dinosaurs. HE MIGHT BE EVEN WORST THAN RAIN WHEN HE TALKS ABOUT PHAYU!!! 

also, the show didnt hide the fact that Prapai is proudly Bi but novel Prapai is very blatant and unapologetic about his bisexuality, its amazing really

i'll give like a smidgen of a chance to her husband for at least having the decency to tell his wife that the bulllsht they wanted to discuss with junho shouldn't be made around youngwoo, but the wife?? THE WIFE?? this woman who honestly didn't care, probably even wanted youngwoo to hear all that crap she said.

junho stood up for youngwoo, but that didn't change the fact that youngwoo heard everything, questioned everything, and made her decision (which we'll see in ep 14). she made an effort, even when junho told her countless of times that it's okay if she didn't eat the food and reminded her not to force herself.

but she still did it. why? for junho, to make it up to him!! for junho, so his relatives will like her!! for junho, because she likes him so so much.

and what junho said was right. that couple didn't know youngwoo. they didn't even give her a chance. they took one look at her and made their own conclusions about junho's happiness, or "unhappiness" as they said, like they knew better.

they don't know that youngwoo makes junho the happiest. they don't know that even seeing youngwoo smile makes junho happy, even when he was just upset at her the night before. they don't know them.

This means... Luz has succeeded where Eda couldn’t. Clearly, Eda did study all types of magic, but since she’s the one who built that secret shortcut hideout, she must have been the first student to study other tracks in secret. But Luz has managed to get students studying multiple tracks made official. 

(Without her, the troublemaker trio would never have stepped in and proven themselves. Without her, Principal Bump would have kicked them out of school once he found out what they were doing.)

I’m feeling a bit emotional about all this.

Fear. That is the predominant feeling I am left with.

Fear that the loose ends won't tie up in the ways I would like...but maybe if I accept that they won't, then I won't be too disappointed if they don't...and, well, if they do then I can go feral and cry happy tears when it works out the way I want.

But the Pete and Vegas storyline is OUTSTANDING at the moment and I just need - like a deep and visceral desperation - I need them to acknowledge their reciprocated feelings attachment to each other. As fucked up as their relationship is, and as dubious their moral compasses are, I just need them to find happiness with each other.

Now Kinn and Porsche...yes the had lovely moments (and I'm not here for pitting these couples against each other - I love them equally for different reasons) but MY GOD why did Porsche not tell Kinn about the photo?! And especially after that 'I finally trust someone' line. I am severely Shaking My Head at him. I know it's probably in part to protect Kinn but ooof...Porsche's stuck between a rock and a hard place I guess. BUT I loved that Porsche went to Vegas for help, that was FANTASTIC...and honestly, at this point I think the final shoot out will more be about the younger generation against the older than the first and second families fighting each other...but what do I know?

And there wasn't enough Kim and Chay. Basically. I want these two to reconcile and hopefully they will. But Tankhun was absolutely the Best Boi again. I don't have the words to praise him enough.

BUT of course I can't ignore the elephant in the room. HELLO?! INCEST?! No. Sorry. No. I don't care if Korn said 'nong sao' he might mean a non-blood related sister. A step-sister or fostered/adopted. Because Korn should have been more against Kinn and Porsche being together otherwise. It doesn't matter if it's 'just' cousins and non-procreating cousins to boot...it's still wrong. So. I hope they fix that.

Great cliff-hanger though.
