Hmmmm see not many Japanese series are gonna be as direct about their characters' gender and sexual identities as FukaBoku, but there are many mangas in the genderswap and crossdressing tags that play strongly with LGBT themes, if you can wade through the garbage.... lemme look at what I've read and liked...

Note that I tend to look specifically for stuff dealing with gender so if you're just looking for LGB with no gender fuckery you can usually find it in the yuri and yaoi tags (again, if you can wade through the garbage)
