And your wish is my command, malady 😍🫰 here you have a quick fic, not proof read, written on the bus ride home:

"You don't truly expect me to take care of... Finn by myself, right professor?" Aurinelle asked as he stared down at the fishbowl in his hands, which contained a tiny creature who was allegedly his classmate, Finn Clearcove. How had Finn ended up in that state? Alchemy incident, according to professor Crewel.

"Well, of course I do, Pup! All professors have gathered and come to the concensus that you are to tend to Clearcove while he is in this state." Stated Crewel matter-of-factly, gesturing to a sleeping baby Finn.

Aurinelle only shook his head. Why him of all people? Why couldn't the staff care for the baby? The were the adults after all. But before he could ask the question, Crewel cut him off. "We have chosen you to care for him because Azul and the twins are away for another one of Vargas' ridiculous camps, as well as because you are one of the most responsible students and also a merperson, so you should be able to care for him better than we humans can."

"What about Professor Da Costa?" Aurinelle pushed, not because he didn't like the idea of taking care of Finn, but because he was terrified at the idea that a single wrong move could end the little thing's life. "He's also a mer, as well as an adult. Wouldn't he be a better option?"

"Need I remind you Da Costa is on break? Run along now, you're free to go out to sea if that makes caring for the Pup easier." Crewel said as his final statement, waving his hand in dismissal and turning on his heel to head for the door, leaving Aurinelle pondering on how to deal with the situation at hand.

"Hah... might as well comply..." he sighed and looked down at Finn's tiny figure, clenching his eyes and taking a deep breath before to prevent himself from giving in to his desire to affectionally crush the merbaby. "I'll do my best to care for you, little Finn." He whispered softly into the bowl, eliciting a small twitch of Finn's developing fins. Aurinelle gave the baby a small smile before heading to the magic mirror room.

"State thy name and where thou wish to be transported." Demanded the Dark Mirror upon Aurinelle's arrival.

"My name is Aurinelle Sireiwen. I wish to be transported to the border of the Coral Sea." Responded Aurinelle, his voice significantly less confident than usual, likely due to the worry bubbling inside him.

What if the teleportation hurts him? I best cast a protective spell. He thought, quickly casting a strong Abyssal protective spell on Finn's still sleeping figure before stepping through the Dark Mirror, which quickly spawned him at the borders of the Coral Sea, away from where he could be found.

Aurinelle was at least 1.5 times bigger in his merform, which made Finn that much smaller in his palm. The change in environment caused Finn to stir from his sleep, letting out a yawn so small that it's cuteness hit Aurinelle like a sack of potatoes. He brought his tail to his face and bit down on it hard to snap him out of whatever aggressive thoughts flooded his mind.

Finn's clicking was what called back Aurinelle's attention as Finn began to shift around on his hand, seemingly uncomfortable. Oh no. He's about to cry.

At least that's what Aurinelle thought, until Finn latched his tiny teeth onto one of Aurinelle's giant fingers, chewing on it intently. Aurinelle giggled quietly, so as not to disturb Finn. Then it dawned on him; he often chewed on things when he was hungry as a child, so perhaps Finn was hungry?

He decided to test out the theory and magicked a baby bottle filled with a combination of shrimp, seaweed and salmon. He gently (agonizingly slowly) removed his finger from Finn's mouth, who gripped onto it possessively, squeaking in protest.

"Easy now, I've got something actually edible for you." Aurinelle whispered softly, holding the teenie tiny bottle between the nails of his thumb and index finger and inching it towards Finn's mouth.

Finn took the bottle and chugged it desperately, as if he'd been starving. Aurinelle gently rubbed a finger to Finn's tiny back to prevent him from choking.

After he was done with his bottle, Finn clicked curiously, expecting a response from his father, but being met with silence instead. After a few more anxious clicks, Finn began to cry, repeatedly asking for his "Da" and continuing his clicks.

"Shh, shh it's ok! Your dad is, uh, occupied." Aurinelled tried to calm Finn down, eventually resorting to singing in order to make him relax. Soft hums resonated through the ocean, laced with the softest of magic to passify little Finn.

Eventually, Finn's cries softened to a stop as he wriggled around in search of a chew toy, which he eventually identified as another one of Aurinelle's fingers. Aurinelle chuckled as he watched Finn drift asleep on his chest. He continued to hum until he himself fell asleep on the sandy ocean floor.

Several hours later, Finn awoke to his tail wrapped around a tail he didn't recognize, and for some reason he was underwater? It took a few seconds for him to realize he was laying on someone and for his eyes to focus in on the merperson he was laying on. Someone oddly familiar.

"... Aurinelle?"

Okay maybe that wasn't as short as I thought it'd be 💀 I got a little too invested 👉👈

2: Closest platonic friend? Well, that would likely be Kalim, actually! Kalim being the enthusiastic person he is and a really talented dancer, he throughly enjoys listening to Paige's more upbeat music. He was, in fact, the reason why Paige started making more upbeat, empowering music that differed from his usual blues. People are usually flabbergasted to see the two hanging around all the time, since Paige is a more introverted person and Kalim is... well, Kalim. But Pop Music Club members always end up bonding one way or another!

17: He does not get along with them. Those little troublemakers tend to take off his earphones whenever Yuu(my Yuusona) takes his eyes off of them. Which is why whenever he visits Ramshackle he sticks to Yuu for dear life.

19: He doesn't trust Crowley one bit. He's suspicious about whether he's even actually a crow, or raven, or whatever he is! Crowley has never actually given him a reason to be suspicious, but Paige just dislikes how he talks so high and mighty. Plus he's noisy. Plus he's a showoff. And he's just annoying in general. Aka, he's everything Paige dislikes.

16- For Paige:

His pain tolerance is intermediate. Being raised in an extremely well off family and being carefully sheltered for most of his life, Paige has had very rare encounters with pain. But when he does experience pain, he tends to jolt, momentarily freeze, then move on or make a calculated decision on what to do next, depending on the amount of pain inflicted (this is the exact sequence in which he reacted when he started drowning. When he realized he couldn't swim back up, he just froze and let himself sink).

He hasn't experienced a lot of things more painful than being stomped on by hundreds of adults as a 9 year old 💀

For Aurinelle:

This guy has some intense pain tolerance. You could torture him with boiling hot water and he wouldn't bat an eye. I mean ask Floyd, no matter how many times he squeezes Aurinelle, it's as if he were giving him a massage instead of choking! And that cheeky smirk when he sees that Floyd has given up on squeezing the life out him, makes Floyd cranky as hell.

20- For Paige:

Paige actually is a pretty jealous person! But he doesn't really show it. He doesn't want to seem possessive and make whoever is causing him jealousy uncomfortable.

His jealousy usually manifests when he's having a conversation with someone he really likes, but when he sees them talking to someone else, they seem happier than when they're with him. He just lets it happen and shrinks back to allow the person to do whatever they want. He thinks that maybe he's just bored them or that he's not all that important in their life.

For Aurinelle:

Aurinelle is the manifestation of petty. He doesn't get jealous easy, but when he does he makes it pretty obvious.

If someone makes him jealous for whatever reason, he resorts to giving them the cold shoulder. Ignoring texts, not listening when they try to ask him what's wrong, plus other petty tactics.

When it comes to who he's jealous of, he decides to assert dominance (male alpha moment 😭) by purposely making his aura more intimidating and making himself look bigger (for literally no reason. You're already a giant dude).

Oh, and he pouts. And glares. He pouts and glares a lot.

21- For Paige:

I answered this previously, but that was for a different ask game, so I'll answer it again!

Paige has undiagnosed PTSD Type 2, also known as ASD(Acute Stress Disorder) as well as Agoraphobia, the fear of crowds and places that may cause panic, helplessness, and/or embarrassment.

Paige isn't aware of his ASD, and he could've gotten treatment for it before it developed into PTSD, but his parents never took him to a therapist after the events that caused him a trauma, so he's never actually dealt with it in any way.

He deals with his Agoraphobia by just staying as far away from crowds as possible.

For Aurinelle:

Oof this guy. Aurinelle has undiagnosed PTSD type 4, also known as Complex PTSD, which consists of multiple experienced traumas instead of just one, and is easier to trigger than uncomplicated PTSD. He also has panic and anxiety disorder, all which he developed when he was young, heightening his sensitivity to dangerous situations. He is also claustrophobic :(

As I said previously, these illnesses are undiagnosed, so Aurinelle is unaware he has them. When he notices symptoms, he dismisses them as siren survival instincts instead of actually acknowledging them.

He refuses to admit he's claustrophobic (he thinks Azul or the tweels will use it against him).

🤝🫶🦀 for Idiaige (IdiaxPaige)

🤝- Well, I’d say they officially met at a cosplaycon, but Idia had his eye on Paige since the entrance ceremony when he overheard him talking about one of Idia’s favorite (and criminally underrated) anime. But Idia being Idia, he didn’t have the courage to go up and talk to Paige directly, so Ortho, seeing this as an opportunity for Idia to make a friend, organized this whole complex plan to get them to meet at a cosplaycon wearing cosplays of the characters from said anime.

They both had good first impressions of each other, especially Idia’s first impression of Paige for the reasons above. Paige just thought Idia looked cool in the cosplay. He also thought his hair was fire (pun intended), Paige’s mind is very simplistic.

🫶- Idia for both. He realized he’d fallen head over heels and didn’t even bother going into denial because just thinking about Paige made his hair go pink 😭 Paige has yet to realize he’s in love and Cater has plans to kill him for it /j.

🦀- Idia just about lost his mind. He’d spent all his life saying how falling in love was so scringe ( meaning super cringe. Idia terms 🤷‍♀️) and hoping for the downfall of happy couples and now HE was the one falling in love?! Nuh-uh! He was far too alpha male for such a thing! And what about his waifus?! He couldn’t possibly cheat on them! (These are the exact thoughts going through his head at the time.)

Paige was set on denial when he felt just a tinge of attraction towards Idia, I mean come on, he couldn’t possibly like Paige back anyways, right?

🤝🫶🦀 for Aurivil (AurinellexVil)

🤝- These two actually used to be in the same class back in freshman year (that is, Aurinelle’s first freshman year, the one he flunked). Aurinelle and Vil sat next to each other in almost every class, and often worked in pair/group projects together. Aurinelle’s first impression of Vil was that he was a very proud individual with great confidence, but who lived up to his name and was actually rather kind if he liked you well enough. He also thought Vil to be very attractive. So overall a decently good first impression.

Vil’s first impression of Aurinelle was that he wasn’t nearly as intimidating as the rumors made him out to be. He acknowledged that Aurinelle carried himself with confident grace, similarly to himself. He was extremely beautiful, and Vil thought it a shame he wasn’t a part of Pomefiore. He did think Aurinelle was foolish for refusing to use surface magic, and thought he was just looking down at their magic as “inferior” to the strange magic Aurinelle used. These thoughts were soon corrected, but to this day Vil still let’s Aurinelle know how much a fool he is for failing freshman year because of his stubbornness. Overall, good first impression.

🫶- Aurinelle fell first, but didn’t realize it until his sophomore year because he and Vil didn’t interact much during Aurinelle’s second freshman year. The two began interacting more during their third year at NRC. Vil realized he’d fallen in love first, also during their third year. He decided to see if Aurinelle felt the same way by dropping subtle hints, even though his attitude towards him didn’t change much, so Aurinelle didn’t quite catch most of those hints, and thought Vil was just being his regular self. He did notice the increasing visits to Mostro lounge.
