VIRGOS BE LIKE LIFETIMES (Camera Roll Storytime)

I love making shorts but don’t like adhering to canons nor formulas (undisciplined? hehe). All of the footage was shot on an iphone 6 and edited on an iphone 11 without the intention of making a Film. You could describe it as autobiographical documentary, but the material is not chronological and the motif, subliminal. Fun Facts: The apocalyptic laboratory is actually an exhibit I saw at Marlborough,  London 2019 called ''Colony Sound'' by Jonah Freeman and Justin Lowe. First person talking is mogul TS Madison, her tea is hot continually. The absurd ad video is a scene from a short film that I exhibited in Switzerland with Les Urbaines Festival, 2018. The rum bottle prop is Worcestershire. 😬 The lady DJing is called Crystallmess, she produces techno and that was me in her film “Collective Amnesia: in Memory of Logobi” with singer BTWIMHELMA. Palo is an Afro-Dominican genre that plays a central role in the traditions of religious syncretism, making stage of ceremonies that coincide with saint’s day - as well as for secular celebrations.
