Finally getting the excuse to write about Albus' ferret in TBOTS.

She's a black sable/dark sable hooded ferret named Queen Eleanor.

"Why Queen Eleanor?" Look me in the eye and tell me it's not a perfect name for a ferret, I dare you.

I love that the movies showed him with a ferret pet instead of the usual pets because I really love ferrets and ermines. Scorpius probably has an owl he let's Al borrow, and other than that I don't see Albus really feeling the need to keep in touch with family unless he needs to talk to Ginny about something.

Queen Eleanor is just his pal and probably becomes a huge source of emotional support after Delphi. I think he probably named her just Eleanor, but Scorpius is the one who dubbed her Queen Eleanor.

She loves Albus sooooo much, and absolutely loves Scorpius. She bites Harry when he tries to pet her but she likes Draco (Albus thinks that's hilarious and so do I).
