Monday Blues for Boston
BOSTON, MA – The St. Louis Blues snapped the Boston Bruins 3-0-1 streak on Monday at TD Garden. The Blues rode their third line to a solid 5-1 victory over the Bruins in front of a sold-out crowd. Kasperi Kapanen had a goal and two assists, while linemates Kevin Hayes and Brandon Saad had a goal and an assist each in the Blues’ win. Joel Hofer turned away 34 of 35 Bruins’ shots.
