Idk wtf ur anons is talking about but I never saw any accounts brother truth tallerduo, they mostly just say tallerduo crumbs (kinda like the way people said about Quackity and Tommy dynamic) tallerduo is probably Wilbur's most popular duo "currently" but that's because there is a lot of content about them recently and Ranboo is extremely well like by twitter users
again, just cause you're on twitter doesn't mean you've seen every tweet ever and there could very well be several people brother trusting that you haven't seen. also idk if it's necessarily an unexpected thing for people to see them as brothers cause they kind of play into the mentor mentee thing already. they'll never be as popular as crimeboys tho

I hate beeduo for the simple reason that my first thought when seeing a beeduo centric au always is "ok so what's Tommy doing in this au? Or does he just not exist?" And I can't ASK that cuz I don't want to fucking annoy the creator and make everything about Tommy and they wouldn't understand that I'm not trying to make everything about Tommy but that I very much have the same question about either of the other two in any au that actually is about Tommy.
Some SBI au that has literally no other characters appear? Cool so like... Does he know tubbo and ranboo? Did he know them in the past or will he meet them in the future at some point in time that'll be past what this story is about?
Some clingy duo stuff? Fucking great. So like... What's ranboo doing? Is he just chilling on his own? Do they know him? Will they know him?
Allium duo? Dude you fucking know I FUCKING LOVE ALLIUM DUO HOLY SHIT. But what's tubbo doing rn?

I'm not that way, but honestly I get it. If there is one particular dynamic that you enjoy you want to explore it in every possible scenario. I'm always that way with crimeboys and primeboys. Like, every time Tommy's around I'm like "does he know Wilbur? What's their relationship? Brothers? Friends? Enemies? Found family?". Similarly with Dream I'm always like "Does he exist and, if yes, is he the canon version or a nice Dream version?".
And if I read a Wilbur centric fic I'm just like "but what about Tommy?". Like, does the fic only have Wilbur, Techno, and Phil? Cool, but will he meet Tommy in the future? Will they be friends?
It's not really about making it about someone in particular, I think it's just because there are some particular dynamics that are more fun to you personally, I guess.

Thomas Shroud is many things.
He’s a kid. A boy in his late teens, though still scrawny enough with ribs poking through his skin to be considered a kid. But, upon asking him, you would realize he is most certainly not a child.
At times, he's an actor. A skilled one, at that. He could switch between facade after facade in an attempt to scam the unsuspecting out of their wallets. He can pretend to be a rich boy, playing with the other kids his age so that he may sneak into their homes and take the golden coins that lay in their parent’s purses. He can be a baker’s son, pretending to go outside to throw away the trash when he scrounged through the filth in search of any edile crumbs.
But, most of all, Thomas Shroud is a thief.
The feeling of being chased through one of the most crowded marketplaces in Esempi was only a reminder of that.

He hovers, suspended in the pure weightlessness of his leap, until gravity and time catch up to him and the opposite roof rises up towards him at alarming speeds. He also forms a middle finger and hopes the police car in the alleyway beneath him sees it—just for kicks, y’know.
He braces himself, and the impact is jarring but not injurious. He hits the ground running, and Tommy keeps fucking running.
