i have to say prepping ingredients ahead of time has changed my life

#having puff pastry ready cut into squares and separated by baking paper? revolutionary #having a stash of frozen green onion? essential #having prechopped or grated vegetables in little containers divided up ? so convenient #and this means i don't have to decide ahead of time exactly what i want to eat #but i still have the ingredients conveniently prepared #and i can have a freshly cookeed meal every time #tastes so much fresher #and bc i don't like the texture of frozen and then cooked vegetables #i'll chop them myself and just keep them in the fridge #(they're less mushy?)
