hellooo !! do you mean creating a layout or starting to write? i’ll just answer for both since i’m not sure what you’re referring to ☺️ in terms of a layout it’s something that i think most people develop overtime, but initially i looked at other blogs and saw general themes between their layouts and implemented them onto my own (and i don’t mean copy obviously because there’s a difference between copying and inspiration). but yeah your personal aesthetic if you don’t already have one is developed overtime so i’d suggest experiment with different layouts to see what you like! and in terms of writing, it’s a little hard for me to answer because before coming on tumblr i already was writing on wattpad so i had that background, but if you want to start writing and posting things it’s good to just post them! just putting out a masterlist or something is the best way to start because then you can start working on things. you can also follow people who are apart of whatever you want your target demographic to be because that sort of gets your blog out there and helps you gain traction!
