… Is this on? I can’t tell.

… It… is? It looks like it is— whatever. I can never wrap my head around the tech here.

Let me start this off from the top, one last time.

I can’t remember my own name, nor much of the life I lived before.

Everyone calls me Shizuku Sato and, for the last 5 or so years, I have been Neo Tokyo’s one and only Spider-Woman.

I wasn’t always like this, blonde and unbelievably flexible. I worked for Alchemax, observed a radioactive spider, and was bit during a freak accident at the labs. Things felt… off during my time as a scientist under Alchemax, so I quit and was lost until I realized my powers.

Yes… I wasn’t always like this. Things… things weren’t like this before.

I— I think I was a mother before that accident… and I had a son named Benjamin. I remember being on my way home, when suddenly…

[The holo-image of Shizuku winces and clutches her head in her hand, as if remembering too far back is… far too painful.]

[A moment passes, and she eventually recovers, clearing her throat and looking back into the lense of her recording device. She looks tired now, her brows furrowed together and she lets out a small huff.]

… I think that’s enough for today. End session.

[The holo-image fizzles out…]
