AWS Certified cloud professionals have a range of career opportunities such as cloud developer, security expert, solutions architect, networking engineer, DevOps, machine learning, data analytics, and many others.
AWS currently offers 12 certifications that cover both foundational and specialty cloud computing topics. Certifications are grouped into 4 different levels. They are Practitioner, Associate, Professional, and Specialty. The prices of the exams are different based on the level of the certification and are $100 for practitioner, $150 for Associate, and $300 both for Professional and Specialty levels.
The Practitioner level contains only 1 certification. It is Cloud Practitioner, which is an entry-level certification designed to validate a candidate’s overall understanding of the AWS cloud. It is considered the foundation level and is recommended as an optional step before taking the Associate level certifications.
The Associate level certifications require more experience than the Practitioner. AWS recommends you have 1 year of experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting solutions using AWS cloud before attempting for these certification exams. The group includes  Associate Solutions Architect, Associate Developer, and Associate SysOps Administrator certifications. 
Professional level certifications require that you must have a comprehensive understanding of many different attributes of how to run, optimize, and troubleshoot solutions within AWS. AWS recommends you have 2 years of experience before attempting these certification exams. The group includes  Professional Solutions Architect and Professional DevOps Engineer certifications. 
And the Specialty level certifications require deep technical knowledge and experience within that particular topic, for instance, ‘Security’ or ‘Databases’. These are comparable to the Professional level certification concerning the difficulty. AWS recommends you have from 2 to 5 years of deep technical experience in the associated specialty domain as it relates to the AWS cloud before attempting for these certification exams. The group includes Certified Data Analytics, Certified Advanced Networking, Certified Security, Certified Machine Learning, Certified Database, and SAP on AWS certifications.
AWS certifications are valid for 3 years. Then re-certification is required.  The certifications are automatically renewed if you become certified with an upper certification level. For instance, if you are a certified Cloud Practitioner, your certification will automatically be renewed if you pass an  Associate level certification.  Similarly, if you are a Certified Associate SysOps Administrator, it will be renewed if you pass the Certified Professional  DevOps Engineer.   Passing any Associate or Professional certification will also renew your Cloud Practitioner exam if you currently hold it.  This AWS approach aims to make certificate holders not wait until their certification expires, but stay current and continue learning.

Communications Considerations:
External clients can contact via typical channels through phone, email or contact webform and response will vary but occur within standard operating hours. As a cultivation facility our clients and vendors are B2B transactions and it’s highly unlikely for any reason to contact any staff outside of business hours. Internal staff can always contact by phone or email 24/7 to the RP, Head of Security or LP holder. There will be landlines from the facility or calls can be made from personal cell phones to management at any time.
Emergency and Risk Considerations:
Research has indicated that natural disasters can occur in Toronto and Ontario as a whole but the most common threats are to do with pollution. Air, Water pollution and Waste management appear to be the most concerning but do not appear to be of significant threat to the business.
Systems Management:
Systems to be used in the psychedelic programs facility will focus on securing and tracking all resources used and cultivation activities that occur on-site. This will include but is not limited to:
-          Access Management systems- All ingress and egress traffic into facility and facility areas. Logging of visitors and staff using biometrics, key-cards or sign in practices. Including transportation vehicular logging of access and parking.
-          Information Technology systems -  To track and report all activities and resources that flow through the facility. Systems that securely store information and media captured within the facility premises for the standard period of time required to keep by  law.
-          Project tracking and ticketing systems - To track staff activities and ensure quality standards are met. Issue reporting when unplanned or planned events occur. Metric tracking for materials within the site to ensure there is little to no loss during daily business activities and resources are accounted for.
-          Safety and security systems -  To prevent crimes, breaking in and entering, theft, data breach and unauthorized access. On the flip side, alarm systems and drills to ensure staff safety during emergency situations.
