author's note: nothing went according to plan lmao. anyway i got home safely and here is the proofread version, idk yet if i'll delete the first part but it's most likely to. anway enjoy ✨

author's note 2: i should've specified this in the first vers. but this will be a f!reader. i'll try w male!/ enby reader next but it won't be as good as this one

author's note 3 (last one i promise): i'm currently watching a friend playing ultrakill and WHAT THE FUCK THE GAME IS SO HARD like he's been fighting gabriel for like 30 minutes and still hasn't defeated him like 😭 also the way he says "foolishness, machine,foolishness" fr makes me feel some kind of way..

POV: y/n

it was a peaceful afternoon of summer and you were waiting for your sister's call to pick her up at the airport. you remembered the last call she gave you and, even though she didn't show it,you could feel that she missed you.

before you decided headed to the airport, you decided to buy some groceries, so that you could welcome her well.

you came back home with some yakisoba, some raspberries and some strawberry flavored rice alcohol, as you knew it was makima's all time favourite.

as the exact moment you started cooking, your phone rang.

-hi, y/n here! you said cheerfully.

-hello, y/n, said calmly makima. are you still OK with picking us up at the airport?

-sure!! you said happily. but what do you mean by "us"-?

-thank you!! she said, interrupting you ,not answering your question.

what did she mean by "us"? you thought as you made your way to your car. wasn't she supposed to come alone?

POV: makima

-makimaaa, denji said with a pout, when's your sister comiiiing ?

-be patient, denji-kun, she's on her way, i said with a smile.

power sighed loudly as a way of saying "why can't she come faster?" ,while angel and aki remained silent.

i headed to the closest shop to get denji,power and angel ice cream.

i swear to god they can be so childhish sometimes i said to myself.

my phone vibrated. it was a text from y/n.

sup bitch, i'm close to the building b. hurry tf up i'm too broke to pay the parking. c'ya <3

i couldn't help but smile at my phone. even though we didn't meet much due to our jobs,we always loved seeing each other.

-oiii, who's text are you smiling at? both denji and power asked.

-it was y/n, she said she's under the building b. come on kids, let's go!

we all headed to where my sister was, happy as we could be with our almost melting ice creams. y/n also got herself a strawberry one. seeing she remembered was heartwarming since it was the kind of ice cream we used to have when we were kids.

POV: y/n

-HEYYYY BIG SIIIISSS HOW ARE YOU??? I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!! you yell as you run to hug her. hold on. who are these people? you didn't tell me you weren't alone.

-the name's denji!! he cheerfully claimed.

-i'm power! nice to meet ya!!

-my name is aki hayakawa. nice to meet you and thank you for the ride.

-ice cream, said who i assume was the angel devil.

the ride was a little uncomfortable because i wasn't used to talking to people i didn't know. the heavy silence lasted for a while until my favorite song came on the radio. i immediately recognized the first notes of sweet/ i thought you wanted to dance.

-AYO I LOVE THIS SONG yelled denji, TURN THAT SHIT UP

we all swayed to the music on the way home, and it made me feel a little better to see that i wasn't as alone as i thought i was.

as soon as we got home, while i was preparing yakisoba for the rest of the group, makima joined me in the kitchen and asked me:

-i booked four hotel rooms, do you mind having denji staying here?

at first,i wasn't comfortable with sharing my appartment with someone i barely knew, but afterthought i was like "hey why not that's a good way to get to know someone"

-no problem! i said with a smile. that'd be a great opportunity to get to know each other!!

this is how i be looking lmao
