speaking of people's wrong opinions on art i love haikyuu's art development and its current style idc what ppl say about it

i am here in my feelings about people goin back for leland in the verses where he gets left behind or tries to make a sacrifice for the others.... bc in almost all the trajectories of it that i have he aligns himself with the family or johnny bc it feels like no one misses him. bc there's no hope of leaving no matter how hard he tries. like it's a completely warped mind process bc his friends would logically think he's dead, but it results from just being alone with his thoughts. and hanging onto the barest traces of affection in a situation like that. my life for the verses where someone comes back to find him and actually rescues him before ch 2 rolls around. and also my life for the times where someone holds his face in their hands and tells him he's not horrible for doing what he needed to do to survive.
