First Koda the gentlest UA kid is attacked for a being privileged city mutant, Rocklock(blasian) is told to shut up about discrimination because he won't understand and in the end Shoji is attacked and this is his big moment and reveal*

*that's been foreshadowed since forever(also him being the one to make friends with Spinner was established when he shook hands with that Shark girl in UA). His Talk no Jutsu? The heroes thought of the patient and civillian safety first when storming the hospital but you people aren't showing similar compassion at all. Cringe expositing the violent and mindless 10000s mutant civillian mob led on by a MLA pupeteer and effigy(half-nomufied and dumbed Spinner) for audience only.

Honestly this recent chapter sounds like a complete mess. A friend shared with me more about what is going on (about how Spinner is not in control completely because of AFO).

I'm sad that this is Shoji's big moment that Hori spoke about as it wasn't even set up correctly. Mutant discrimination was only ever included in his story when it was useful to Hori and it's honestly so insulting, especially now he's trying to spin the narrative that only "non-city" folk experience it just to excuse why most of his mutant characters haven't encountered it.

And then how he's handling it is offensive, with the inclusion of Rock Lock being told that he wouldn't understand?! It's so disgustingly tone deaf of him.

This storyline should have been dropped. It wasn't set up right in the narrative and it shows. Seriously, I don't know what Hori or whoever his editor is, is thinking.

Shigaraki with a Blasian s/o (plus Christmas stuff)

Ok so Commander Crusty Lips, really dont care about your ethnicity

He just cares that your an ally to the cause, another chess piece

But then your personality just attracted him

And your ability to throw heat, even with out having a fire quirk (or you do. Which is cool too)

He tried to push these feelings aside, due to the fact a lot of pressure was in him

But it wasn't working

And Dabi and Kurogiri saw right through that

Dabi teased him, but Kuro encouraged him to at least talk to you

And he did try, but most of the time it came out awkward or like a command

Then, he caught you in his room

He thought some of his games (or other stuff) had disappeared and reappeared

"You?" He was surprised, he didn't take you for the type to like video games or liking anime

"Yeah? And?"

You saw his face go red.

'Uh oh...' You thought. 'Yep. This is how I die.'

But no. He didn't move.

A thousand questions were racing through his mind

Shiggy got the Santa hat, Dabi was Rudolph, Kurogiri and Spinner got to be a elves. Toga was a snowman. Twice (at his own doing) was a mix of all the reindeer and the yeti (he was the only one to fully be dressed up. Despite everyone agreeing on just hats)

Exchanging of gifts and drinking happened

The night ended on a solid good note

Most of the gang, (save for you, Shiggy and Kurogiri) passed out drunk

Kurogiri cleaning up around everyone

And you and Shiggy retired to his room and he let you open your private gift. (Eyebrows, Eyebrows)
