If this is too much feel free to ignore but can you make these that I'm missing on my AAC please :
scar / scars on arm , general self Injury (hitting self?)
Psychosis , paranoia , delusions , hallucinations
Addiction , sobriety , harm reduction
Punk (maybe a battle jacket?) , emo
Vinyl + vinyl player
I’m going to answer these in batches based on subject and then put all of the emojis here as well, if you don’t mind, so look out for updates on this post! I did the first couple just now, and the others will be made when I have time

a nondescript limb with three different scars on it: a scar with stitch scar dots, a plain line scar, and a burn scar. All go across the limb in the same direction, just to show different types of scars
a limb with a scar bordered by scar dots from stitches
a limb with a plain line scar
a limb with a burn scar
a nondescript jointed limb with line scars on the upper and lower halves
a nondescript jointed limb being hit with a fist, with red lightning bolts to show injury

Hallucinations: a brain with two speech bubbles above it (all of these follow this general pattern). One has a red loud speaker and the other has a pair of eyes looking to the side, to show audio and visual hallucinations.
Delusions: the same design, but in the speech bubbles, there’s a person with exclamation marks next to them to represent paranoia, and a purple hat with purple particles around it to represent magical thinking and similar things.
Paranoia: in the speech bubbles for this brain, there is a yellow triangle caution sign, and a pair of large exclamation points to represent caution and perceived danger.
Psychosis: in the speech bubbles for this brain, there is a pink planet with a purple ring around it, and a green PAC man style ghost. These represent thoughts and beliefs that stem from psychosis, and aren’t generally accepted any most people.
The designs for these next three involve islands as a metaphor for how addiction can feel, like you’re trapped and can’t leave. Being alone on the island represents addiction by itself, having an umbrella represents harm reduction so it’s not as distressing or dangerous, and having a boat in the ocean with the broken cycle arrows represents sobriety
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Addiction: a circular emoji of a figure standing on a sandy island surrounded by choppy waves. The border is two curved lines with arrows
Harm reduction: the same emoji, but the figure is sitting at the base of a green umbrella
Sobriety: the figure is now in a green boat on the ocean, and has little happy rays coming off them. The arrows are now broken at the top

a vinyl player viewed from above. It’s square shaped and made of brown wood, and has a clear lid.
a vinyl record. It has a yellow middle with lighter lines, and matches the vinyl in the record player emoji.
a person wearing punk battle jacket. The emoji is focused on their jacket, which is blue and has shoulder spikes, various patches, and pins on it. Two recognizable patches are a rose patch, a black solidarity/resistance fist, and antifascist arrows (three diagonal arrows pointing down and to the left).
a punk person looking forwards. They have a confident expression. They have red dyed hair styled in liberty spikes (spikes all over the head), many piercings, and red eyeshadow.
pan emo person looking forwards. They have a deadpan expression. They have chin length black hair with bleached bangs covering half of their face, and are wearing black eyeshadow and lipstick. They have two ear piercings.

Recovering from a brain injury is probably the hardest task I've ever endured. I have had a week or so of noticeable improvements. For example, I've had less brain fog, some slight ease on multi-tasking, a little less irritability, etc. Only to wake up to the complete opposite. I'm scatter-brained, forgetful, foggy-brained, anxious, and just a few minutes ago, I could not remember my address. I have no clue whether to be concerned with these changes or if this will simply be what recovery looks like: good days and bad days. I suppose in writing that out, I've come to the realization that, thus, is life. It's OK to have the roller coaster; as long as you remain seatbelted with all body parts inside the ride at all times. I don't want to lose my head.

Details: Phosa & Linast
Phosa finds it fairly comfortable to match human day cycles; she feels well rested on about 5 hours of contiguous sleep per 24 hours, or 8 per 48 in a pinch if she has to stay up. She can’t keep the latter up in the long term, and she’ll be feeling very tired after about 30 hours awake. If relying on more frequent short naps, she needs about 2 hours of contiguous sleep in any given nap. She is also limited by the core’s magic reserves; manifesting too brightly for too long a period will starve them. In general, her magic uses much more energy than Linast’s.
Linast can... manage on a human day cycle. About 9 hours of contiguous sleep in a 24 hour period will leave him feeling more or less recovered, but he will have been feeling thoroughly strained by the end of the 15 hours awake. And if that’s all he does for a week or two, he’ll be feeling pretty terrible all the time by the end of it. He does much better sleeping for about 2 hours after every 4 hours awake. This is at least partly related to pain management; if he isn’t manifesting, or if he’s in a truly dark environment, he can stay awake for longer periods.
Neither of them are aware of dreaming, though their thoughts can get a bit strange and scattershot during the transition into and out of sleep.

listen i know this is gonna be shocking coming from me of all people but i really think the next episode needs to have a pause.
like obi-wan needs time to recover and to heal and to have some good vibes around him. he needs a hug and a warm blanket and some friends around him.
do i think he'll be getting any of those things?
nope. he's going to jabiim, which depending on what is defined canon and what isn't, can't be a good experience for him. and leia is in big big trouble now so uh.
uhhhhhhhhhhh. obi-wan's not gonna be happy about that, even if he does get a moment to recover.
so really, we just gotta prepare ourselves for more pain — somehow.
