Spent a few hours tonight painting up a test model for my T'au. Considering this is the first mini I've ever painted in my life, I'm pretty happy with it.

I have a minor tremor in my hands, so I was worried that I'd struggle to paint something so small. Thankfully it didn't cause any problems, so I feel a lot more confident painting up the rest of my combat patrol.

PS: Anyone who can correctly guess the inspiration for my color scheme gets a cookie.

I think it's so unfair to say that fiona and Lip turned into Frank when they became alcoholics. I can understand the idea, but there is just so much more that makes Frank a terrible person. They have learned to cope in the same way as Frank, but they aren't just like him. Both siblings overcome their alcoholism (as much as someone can) where as Franks life has been completely taken over by it for years.

Fiona is not like Frank when she goes to an AA meeting without being forced. She understands she needs to get her shit together. She gets help and changes for the better.

Lip is not like Frank when he gives the choice of having the baby to Tami. He's definitely not like his dad when Fred is born, and he pushes everything aside to become the best dad he can.

All three of them are alcoholics. This does not make them the same ! Fiona and lip will never and have never "turned into frank".

i'm having some sort of revelation and now i can't stop thinking about how beautiful trans people are in a spiritual sense. like god looked down at his creation and decided that he wanted humans to share in his creativity, which is why we can build things and make art and all that. but also he gave us the creative power to be who we are! what evangelicals don't understand is that trans people existing doesn't take anything away from god's ability to create. they're just proof that we share in his ability to create, and also that he wants us to be creative. the longer i live as queer the more i realize exactly how beautifully trans people fit into creation.
