Explain the connection: Ronan’s father, Emmanuel Dunstan, was the former alpha of the Ashland Pack and it was because of him that Ronan was able to join the pack when he moved to Ashland several years back. While Emmanuel was alive, the pack treated Ronan as one of their own, but after the alpha’s death in 2018, they’ve become more distant and wary of Ronan because he’s still a relative stranger, and they’re afraid he’s planning to sell the Full Moon Bar (also known as the pack meeting place) and leave town.
Species: Werewolves / Werebears / Werecoyotes
Age Range: There can be maybe one or two other members between the age of 25 and 40, but otherwise everyone else is 40 and up. This is largely an Old Folks club. One pack beta (Kelly) must be 55 or older, and the other beta (Lou Pines) must be 60 or older.

Your idea of the character:
Kelly and Lou Pines have no designated gender. Lou could be short for a number of names, and Kelly could be a first name or a last name.
I believe the names ‘Doug’ and ‘Larry’ have been mentioned for the sake of having a barfly to refer to. Feel free to use them. 😁
Many in Ashland (and the pack) are veterans of the Vietnam and Korean wars. Some might’ve even served together in the same units within the army, Navy, Air Force, etc.
Most pack members have lived in Ashland for at least half their life, some longer than that.
Potential Plans & Headcanons:
The Full Moon Bar has been the pack’s unofficial gathering place since Emmanuel Dunstan’s family purchased the property and built the bar in the 1950s. Eventually, he was the only one left and became the sole owner and proprietor.
The Ashland Pack has been known for maintaining good/neutral relations with other area packs, and never getting themselves involved with disputes. Any grievances are taken care of immediately, be it through diplomacy or a mean right hook from one side or another. Other local packs in the area respect them for their service in the armed forces and know better than to mess with or provoke them.
Since Emmanuel’s passing, the pack has yet to decide on who should succeed him as the alpha--if anyone at all. We could explore the pack dynamics and figure out whether or not that’s because the betas are having their own power struggle between them, or maybe the pack is Just That Chill and doesn’t need a top dog to continue as they have.
Tensions between the Edgewood packs have been steadily rising and it won’t be long until everything boils over. Members of the Ashland pack may want the pack to step in and intervene before blood is shed, or they may want to keep out of it entirely and maintain their own safety and security.
