«[...] in 2000, while in the studio recording the demo/self titled Ep, Trigga & Quick (a Brunswick GA rap duo called 2 Loose Screws) called the studio and said they were swinging by to pick up a mix/drop off a check. Our engineer Anthony Stubelek @therockstudio, played us some of their music and we thought it'd be so funny to let them hear Houdini Logic and ask them to freestyle on it. When they got to the studio and we played them the song, they actually really liked the beat and wanted to write something to it. So they took a few moments and each wrote a few bars out, (we asked them to mention Pins & Needles somewhere in there) and then decided they would freestyle the rest. So you can hear in the beginning, the vocals are double tracked and obviously written. The second half up until where the beat kicks in, is freestyled by them. They hadn't heard up to that point and didn't know that the song was going to go full on bananas. It was spur of the moment insanity and a total blast.» – CTTS
