Most often there is imbalance creating some chaos in our lives. This came up for me recently. The structure I needed to counter balance out my laissez faire approach to life had become toxic and I needed to add more dynamic energy into my life. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ In order to really maintain that balance with ourselves it’s important to ask ourselves questions. I would have found this stupid a few years ago but it holds a lot of power. The morning I wrote this caption started off with me asking myself “What do I need today”. For months prior it was I have to do this, from 3:30 am when I woke up until 10 pm when I went to bed.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ Ask yourself what do you need and you’ll find your way back to balance. Sometimes you need junk food and a nap.
