what if they got less doll-like and more human over time, like with the more spirals you completed and the more times you slayed them in wyrm form…… 🤔🧐

So some of the Zariman question tablets that were added to Duviri in the Seven Crimes of Kullervo update actually answer a lot of questions I, and a few others, has about the book that the realm was based on, Tales of Duviri.
The first big question was why the hell was Euleria Entrati writing what seems to be a children's book? Well, the answer is actually pretty interesting. Tales of Duviri was written as a tool for Void explorers to use to help regulate their emotions while their Void exposure wore off. It was simplistically written so that a mind that was unstable at best would be able to follow the story, and recognise how to avoid their own emotions going out of control.
The second big question was "Is Dominus Thrax king of Duviri in the book, or did we create him?". The answer to this seems to be both. The character of Dominus Thrax does appear as the king of Duviri in Tales of Duviri. His design appears to be based on our doll, but the character does appear in the book. That being said, it's possible, although not confirmed, that initially we filled the role of Thrax, before passing the throne to the character.
The third question is why Euleria was the one to write the book, and that's pretty simple to answer. She was one of, if not the, most prominent Archimedian in the Void Research field. She was in charge of most of the Void expeditions. As such, the explorers were her responsibility, and so she wrote the book to help them regain their sanity while they were in their Isolation Vaults.
There are some more things I want to discuss, based on the Zariman tablets, but I'll save those for another post.

so... drifter's fucked up hand, am I right?
I was wondering how drifter could have fixed their hand before new war since their hands are normal looking in the origin system. then I remembered.
natah is a mimic.
so what if her hand slowly took on the appearance of drifter's normal hand and they are part sentient now. this would also be the reason they can use transference, based on what teshin tells us when we choose our warframe.
they also threw up their hand during the natah chase scene in New war like they expected to be able to do something to defend themselves. it wasn't an "I'm trying to shield myself" move, it was an "I'm trying to return fire" move

I don't think being able to summon your frame in Duviri is a bad mechanic, I don't think the game would be better without it, but i also don't really understand? What the intended use is?
I've not tried Steel Path yet but at least in regular Duviri there is nothing you can't kill by just spamming E at it or doing trick shots even before you start piling up Decrees. The only exception is The Rude Lady On The Horse but there's not a whole lot i can imagine 10 seconds of warframe access doing for you in that fight
The main uses i've discovered for warframes in Duviri so far are:
Can We Make Fleet Footed Even Stupider (Yes)
How overkill can i get about fighting three skeletons wearing gym shorts? (very)
Oh that place is hard to get to without bullet jumping, hold on
Summon Emotional Support OC
And i don't think any of these were the Intended Usage

I love the implication that Drifter had read all of the stories written by Mother, and just made up their own world and characters based on these stories and was daydreaming about them while in class.
My personal additional headcanon, though, is that in their head, Duviri was a peaceful land, until the Void jump incident happened, the Zariman kids were abandoned, and the survivors grew embittered towards the Orokin for letting this tragedy occur.

The relationships between the Duviri Courtiers and other major characters are really funny to me.
Bombastine despises Luscinia for being Thrax's favourite entertainer, despite being the one who organised the event that resulted in her rising above him. He's also secretly in love with her, and so is acting like a toddler because he doesn't know how to express his desires in a positive way. He also sucks at riding horses and is jealous of the biceps of a bunch of skeletons. My cringe fail son.
Mathila is a judgemental mother despite her overly positive outlook. Brimon implies he's having an affair with her. She took care of Teshin, and implies they're still friends. He never mentions her. A toxically positive girl boss.
Lodun has incredible anger issues stemming from self doubt, and is constantly plotting to overthrow Thrax, but fails every time. He's desperate for approval, seeing a single supporter as a win, and cares deeply about his great-grandmother and her shrine. The Wall of his house is cracked because he keeps punching it. Another cringefail child of mine.
Luscinia hates being the King's favourite, but doesn't know how to get out of it. She's prone to drastic, dramatic bouts of melancholy. She somehow knows secrets about Duviri that Thrax is implied to either be unaware of, or deliberately ignoring. She loves revenge. She once sang at an event where she was standing on a bunch of eels, that got eaten from underneath her. A girlboss who doesn't want to be.
Sythel is paranoid, but also knows far more about Duviri than apparently nearly anyone. She's terrified of Acrithis. She stays hidden in her house to avoid facing issues which, frankly, is a mood. She also somehow left her face behind in another part of Duviri. I love her, but I hope she gets some comfort. A couple of floofs and some Tasoma Extract tea.
Brimon is a snarky, self absorbed champion racer...who we never see ride a Kaithe. He claims to be better with a sword than anyone, despite never using one that we can see. He brags about being such a good lover, that he's the reason Mathila is happy. He can't believe you beat him, even on the easiest of Kaithe races. He somehow has a copy of the Tales of Duviri with him at all times. A bastard, but a fun one.
Oh and Acrithis, my favourite of the bunch. A librarian who has her own carriage. She wants to torture people who damage books. She implies Mathila is a slut. She calls out Lodun for being too ashamed to face his issues. She thinks Sythel is a nasty little rat lady. She's the only one who remembers the old islands. She calls Teshin an "old thingy-bob in a cave". She finds us fascinating and wants to study us. She sees through every single one of the Courtiers. The true Queen of Duviri, imo.
