Ground Rules

Derek is leaving town for three days. He has to lay down some rules for the pack. [AO3]

The pack were gathered in the sunken lounge room of the loft. Cora had claimed the only arm chair, sitting with her legs over one armrest. Erica, Lydia and Allison sat on the couch, Isaac sitting on the floor at their feet while Scott and Boyd stood, leaning against the back of the couch and talking quietly with the others. Stiles laid on the floor beside Cora’s armchair, his arms flailing as he talked.

“Alright, listen up,” Derek called out.

The pack straightened up and turned to their alpha, alert and attentive. Stiles stayed prone, but his arms stilled and fell to his sides, the only sign he was listening.

“I’m going to be out of town for three days,” Derek announced. “So, let’s go over the ground rules.”

There was a collective groan of protest from the group.

“If you didn’t break them, I wouldn’t have to repeat them every time.”

The room fell quiet as the pack reluctantly listened.

“No adding to the population, no subtracting from the population,” Derek said, shooting a glare at his sister to drive home his point. “Do not end up in the hospital, newspapers or jail. If you do end up in jail—”

“Assert dominance,” the pack said simultaneously.

“What? No!” Derek objected, his eyes wide with shock and horror.

The pack were quiet for a moment.

“You call me and I will send the money to bail you out,” Derek told them. He closed his eyes, letting out a heavy sigh before adding, “And don’t use your one phone call to order pizza.”

“Who would do that?” Boyd asked, his brow furrowed in confusion.

Hands shot up around the room.

“My dad’s the sheriff, he knows who to call to get us out of trouble,” Stiles argued. “Meanwhile, I was hungry.”

“And don’t even think about trying to repeat what you did last time,” Derek said through gritted teeth, shooting a fierce glare at Erica and Stiles—or at least at where Stiles laid on the floor—knowing it was their idea.

Isaac looked puzzled. “What happened last time?”

“We had a competition to see who could break the most rules the fastest,” Erica explained.

“It was stupid,” Boyd said. At the same time, Cora asked, “Who won?”

Stiles’ hand shot up as he very proudly declared, “I did!”

“That’s not something to be proud of,” Derek said, exasperated.

Derek let out a heavy sigh, pinching the bridge of his nose.

“Please, just this once, can you follow the rules?”

The pack mumbled in agreement.

“Thank you,” Derek sighed with relief, although there was a part of him that didn’t believe them. He threw the strap of his duffle bag over his shoulder. “I’ll see you in three days.”

Imagine the pack is all in the woods and they hear a strange sound but can’t distinguish what it is. But Derek knows that it’s something they should not mess with at all (fae?) so he throws Isaac over his shoulder and grabs stiles and starts running with both of them yelling at everyone to do the same. And they all just run. Meanwhile derek is half a mile ahead of them even with Isaac and stiles running towards the house.

To be fair, he got that half a mile ahead because he got a few minutes head start on them because the rest of the pack are frozen in shock and confusion, watching him run away.

Stiles & Derek are dating, but they're a bit discreet when the pack is around, so the pack doesn't notice they're dating... Until they're having a meet and Stiles is "late", so Erica asks "Okay, where's Stiles?" and then Derek just shrugs and says "Oh, he arrived and was tired as fuck, so I told him to go take a nap. I'll fill him in later, we can go on without him 'cause no one is going to wake him up." The pack is confused, but they just go ahead.

A bit later when they're done with the boring part of the meeting Stiles comes downstairs and just casually kisses Derek and then turns to the pack "What did I miss?" the pack is shocked and Isaac says "You just kissed Derek." and Stiles replies "Well, yeah... It happens when you're dating someone." and the pack is like "DATING?????!!!!!" while Stiles & Derek are just like "Yeah, we thought you guys knew...? But anyways, let's just order food and watch something. "

September 3-9: Sweater Weather

As the leaves change to a beautiful rainbow of colors, it’s time for Stiles and Derek to break out the sweaters and savor some cozy autumn days. Do they explore harvest farms and drink seasonal cups of pumpkin spice latte? Or maybe they take a hike through the woods or visit a corn maze? The possibilities are endless as they embrace the season and all the flavors of fall.

September 10-16: Baking

It’s that time of year when cool weather brings out everyone’s love for baking! Tarts, pies, pumpkin butter, cookies, cheesecake bars, and cobblers are on the menu. Is Stiles in a baking mood with the change of the weather, getting ready for the upcoming holidays? Is Derek making his mother’s from-scratch apple pie? Maybe there’s a local bake-off for a harvest festival, where Stiles or Derek is the undefeated champion, and the other has come to challenge them to an on-the-spot bake-off. May the best baker win!

September 17-23: Bonfire

The air is crisp and autumn’s arrival is the absolute perfect time of the year to take advantage of the cool nights and starry skies and to make memories around the fire pit with friends, pack, and family. Roasting marshmallows for s'mores and getting cozy with your mate is one of the many things Sterek can enjoy this Fall around the bonfire. Are they having a pack get-together at the rebuilt Hale house where Derek is hosting a bonfire party for the pack? Or perhaps they’re at the beach building up a bonfire to fight off the salty chilly air? Wherever you take Sterek this Fall, they’ll be snuggly and warm, enjoying the starry night together.

September 24-30: Pumpkin Patch

It’s that time of the year when everyone loves to visit a pumpkin patch! It’s one of the most Fall things you can do. Are Derek and Stiles getting ready for October, which is just around the corner? Are they picking out pumpkins so they can roast the seeds and use the rest for tasty recipes? Or maybe they’re taking their family to visit the games, including hayrides at their local pumpkin patch to support local farms and their seasonal farmers market? Perhaps the pack shows up for family photo ops for Eli’s first pumpkin patch visit! The possibilities are abundant, along with those cute adorable pumpkins we can only enjoy during the Fall season.

October 1-7: Haunted House

Phantoms and demons and ghosts, oh my! With Halloween around the corner, Stiles and Derek would certainly be brave enough to visit a haunted house or two, racing each other to see who would make it out first. Or maybe they work in one, chasing screaming patrons through the attraction. Either way, their wild energy and fearlessness would make for some thrilling entertainment.

A fanfiction or a series (my god, a series about this) in which Eli explains (in the voiceover for the series?) just how weird his family is.

Starting with Eli's many aunts and uncles, 3/4 of whom share no blood ties with him. ( Yes, the puppy pack is part of the Hale pack. Yes, Alec was Eli's babysitter. )

( Erica and Boyd would have twins about the same age as Eli. Why would that be? I have no idea. )

( For those who love Scott/Isaac/Allison, they would have 4 children. Yes, exactly, so that 3 of them would come from duos and the last one would come into the world thanks to the magic and presence of 3 DNAs. )

(The whole pack would not live in the huge mansion that is the Stilinski-Hale mansion. Thiam and Morey would have their own place. Sheriff would have refused to move in. )

Then his cousins, of all ages, each more unusual and annoying than the last. With whom he shares the same grimaces when they learn that most of their parents have gone out with each other.

His dziadzia, who had never been angry with him for ruining his wallpaper (he had every reason to be. They were horrible drawings-) and who had taught him to lie to his tata while making him promise never to lie, understood, you little rascal, when they went to get the greasiest order in the whole fast-food restaurant. And his babcia and his abuela and his abuelo and his tias and his tios and his primos and his primas he knew only in grave form.

Finally, his dads, who look like they hate each other half the time or would kill someone if it made the other half smile. His two dads who have criminal records but brunch with the station cops once a month. His two dads who are both biologically men and who have biologically managed to have a child together.

(Eli politely asks anyone who jokes about him being his parents' little shit to fuck off. His dads told him his tata had a C-section, okay ?!)

A fanfic or series in which we discover the famous Hale Pack that has risen from the ashes and is so feared and respected. Where we discover how Eli feels so alienated from the pack he loves and cherishes, so alienated from his family. How Eli feels he's not cut out to be the next Alpha of the pack. How certain Eli is that he'll never be anything like his incredible, powerful, famous dads, no matter how many times he's told he's the spitting image of Stiles or has Derek's eyes and sourwolf face.

Eli sees himself as the boring kid in this extraordinary family, the boring offspring of a rich heir to a famous werewolf pack, a bad boy with a tragic past in his youth, a DILF today with his dad's super skills, a fair and fierce true Alpha (alive and not DEAD) and an FBI agent as sarcastic as he is intelligent, a supernatural detective in his spare time, a fearsome spark, emissary and Alpha mate. Like the good old cliché of the character with no friends but his cousins and an overpowering entourage, so beloved and popular and so much more remarkable and interesting script-wise than he is.

(Perhaps Eli never could and never will be able to shift? Perhaps being human is in part the source of his fear.)

And being the good old cliché that he is, he apparently becomes interesting when he gets superpowers. (Stiles is not at all happy that the Nemeton has chosen him to be its guardian. In fact, no one in his family seems happy. Great.)

Sooo I have an idea about a morally ambiguous hale pack

So, first off is Stiles because he is my favorite

So Stiles would definitely be a morally gray when it comes to protecting those he loves.

He would probably risk his LIFE for his pack so I can imagine him asking Chris to teach him how to use weapons (he probably already knows how to use a gun because of his dad) so of course with lot of begging from Stiles (and Allison because she also wants to help Stiles) Chris teaches Stiles and surprisingly (not really) Stiles is very very good at being a sniper, I can imagine the only reason why is because his mom (or his dad) taught him how to be quite if he's in trouble (probably because he would dig his grave deeper when he was younger and in trouble-) so he would use that technique to stay quite and hide but trust he would definitely go crazy if one of the pack members got severely injured-

The next one is Issac, and I will worn that him, Derek, and Boyd might be OOC :/

Theo Raeken has always been… something. Cocksure. Abrasive. Infuriatingly talented. Just insurmountable amounts of ego packaged into one, admittedly attractive man. Not that unusual, in their line of work.

Unfortunately though, Liam’s had to deal with his bullshit for years. Being one of the best means you have to deal with the best, and despite all his posturing and the general consensus that everything that tumbles out of Theo’s mouth is just utter shit, he is the best the navy has to offer.

(or, alternatively: Liam realises that Theo has the emotional maturity of a pre-teen boy on a playground, and that he has spent the last ten years pulling pig-tails instead of expressing real, human emotions.)

Imagine Lydia enters the loft to see Erica holding Isaac as he cries. She asks what happened and Erica says “Stiles told him he’s adopted.”

“Stiles!” Lydia looks at Stiles and begins to tell him off.

“What?” Stiles says, confused. “Derek called and said the application for adoption has been approved, the paperwork is all signed, and he wanted Isaac to know right away.”

Isaac, crying with joy, says, “I’m adopted!”

Within the MNSB au, there is the Stilinski-Hale Pack whose alpha is Derek Hale. He regained access to the alpha spark, and once again died, only to come back with his now younger older sister Laura.

The Fates had allowed him this one favour given his death by fire in front of his son was never meant to happen. (Maybe Stiles who works in the supernatural section of the FBI had something to do with it. He may or may not know people, and may or may not have threatened supernatural beings…)

The Stilinski-Hale Pack kidnapped the Sheriff – you may as well retire now, daddio! – picked up Cora, and forever left behind the town of Beacon Hills and settled a new home in San Diego.

Stiles Stilinski-Hale now works in the FBI supernatural division of San Diego and brings his dad and husband on cases when their expertise is needed (Peter Hale also likes to worm his way in). After all, even though John Noah Stilinski enjoys the San Diego landscape and new fishing grounds, he still needs to be kept on his toes (babysitting Eli helps too).

Derek Stilinski-Hale opens another Hale’s Garage with Cora. He had to, because of what happened to Roscoe – his husband was pissed, and Derek was put in the doghouse for a while. He already has a regular set of customers, including a Bronco dude and a Kawazaky guy. Derek thinks he could be friends with the Kawazaky guy… He seems to have a perfect taste of vehicles.

Cora Hale works with his brother, but she’s also working in the San Diego zoo where she helps taking care of the wolves.

Meanwhile Laura Hale is slowly getting used to be alive again. She made peace with Uncle Peter, although no one knows what they did during the entire week they were gone to “settle things”. After helping a young girl when some people were bothering her, Laura is offered by the young girl's mom a job as a bartender and a bouncer – being a werewolf helps – at a bar called the Hard Deck.

Eli Stilinski-Hale is in a much better high-school, where he can play lacross more often. And Uncle Peter does what Uncle Peter does.

After an indefinite amount of time. One day.

One day a young man with jet-black hair and bushy eyebrows and a freaking moustache comes crashing the Stilinski-Hale Sunday barbecue. In full base-ball regalia. Everyone looks at him, shocked. They’re shocked because he looks like the carbon copy of Derek.

Stiles takes one look at him and says “Oh, another sourwolf! But grumpier than you because of the eyebrows and the moustache…So not a ‘sour’ wolf but a ‘bitter’ wolf!”.

“Nice one,” says Eli grinning and high fiving his pops.

With a sigh so eerily similar to a Derek-and-John-combining-their-sighing-because-Stiles-and-Eli-did-something-again one, the young man replies rather grumpily with a “still not funny, pops”.

“Pops?!”

“I thought you told me time travelling isn’t real, son?!” shouts out John.

“What’s your name, dude?” asks the supposedly pops to his supposedly son.

“My name is Finnegan Noah Stilinski-Hale.”

May 28-June 3: School is out for the summer!

School is out for the summer! It's time to relax, have fun, and enjoy the warm weather. Are Stiles and Derek looking forward to swimming, surfing, visiting friends, or just taking some time off? No matter what they do, it’s sure to be a summer to remember.

June 4-10: Coastal Celebration

What better way to celebrate the summer than hitting the beach? Are Stiles and Derek watching the sunset in Santorini, Greece? Swimming in the clear waters of Hawaii? Maybe they’re taking a pack trip or sailing around the world together for the summer. Take us on their coastal celebration!

June 11-17: Staycation

It’s summertime in Beacon Hills! From the bowling alley to the indoor ice rink, there are a lot of fun places to hang out and explore. Will Stiles and Derek dance the night away at one of the local clubs? Or maybe they spend their time walking through the preserve, taking in all nature has to give. Who knows! It’s up to you to decide how Stiles and Derek spend their staycation.

June 18-24: Camping Anywhere

Stiles and Derek are going on a camping trip! Are they going to a National Park? Hiding out in the preserve in a den? Sleeping in the Jeep because the rain flooded them out of their undisclosed campsite? Maybe they’re taking a pack trip during the full moon to run under the moonlight together, hunting deer while Stiles and Derek renew their mating bond. Only you can tell us where their camping adventure will take us!

June 25-July 1: Tented Elegance

It’s that time of the year when fabulous parties happen in large, elegant tents! Maybe Stiles and Derek are having a summer wedding on their property at the rebuilt Hale house, renewing their vows; or they’re having a pack get-together escaping the heat in style. Wherever they decide to spend their time, it’s under a large, elegant tent! Take us on their adventure this summer!

July 2-8: Luxe Lakeside

It’s time to hit the lake! Lydia Martin is known to throw the best parties at her lakehouse! But this one is going to last all summer. Is it pack party time? Or are Derek and Stiles alone at the lakehouse after everyone left the party? Maybe Stiles borrowed the key from Lydia and there is no party, so the mated couple is getting away and spending time alone. Or they’re taking a trip out of town to visit a lakehouse in a beautiful secluded place that is owned by Derek’s family. Only your imagination can tell us!

July 9-15: Road Trip to Anywhere

Pack your bags for a road trip to anywhere! Stiles and Derek are getting the heck out of Beacon Hills this summer. Pick a destination, whether by Camaro or Jeep and show us their journey! Are they going to a state or national park? Visiting the hot springs in Yellowstone? Hitting all the cheesy roadside attractions with no destination in mind? Only you can show us!

July 16-22: Backpacking Europe

Grab your backpack and your passports! Stiles and Derek are trekking across Europe this summer! Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Greece… there are so many beautiful places the boys can visit this summer! Take us on your fantasy trip, or give us some insight if you live or have visited European destinations!

July 23-29: Island Getaway

Stiles and Derek are heading to an island getaway! It sounds like a great time to visit Cancun for the first time. Jamaica, The Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Cuba, Honduras, the British Virgin Islands, Bora Bora, Fiji, Greece, Italy… There are so many places to visit, laying on a beach, catching some sun! What are Derek and Stiles doing on their island getaway? Are they on their honeymoon? Taking a pack trip? Take us away to their island getaway!

July 30-August 5: Back to School

Summer is over and it’s time to head back to school! Are Stiles and Derek the same age and in high school together? Are they attending the same university? Maybe they’re pledging the same fraternity or they’re freshman roommates away for the first time at school. Maybe they met at summer camp and have to leave since summer is over and find out they don't live that far from each other. After all, it’s a small world! Take us back to school with Stiles and Derek!

dark Stiles!!

ok uh this is my first time doing this and like posting it BUT I wanna list some stuff for my dark spark creature Stiles au that I've been working on so lets start

So Stiles is like a born dark creature that I've had in my mind for months. I imagine that the creature is from polish folklore (this isn't from real polish folklore!!) like a hell hound, it takes a form of dog that represent their inner self so I think a border collie sounds good for Stiles (and the thought of a border collie running with wolves sound cute lol) now Stiles didn't know about this but his mom did, so she left journals about all the info she knew of there kind, how he could go to his other family members for help, the way Stiles finds out is when he got kidnapped by Gerard, one of Gerard men almost kill Erica and Boyd and he transforms, the form he takes is of a ebony black border collie with sharp claws and teeth with a blue fire coming from his paws , Stiles is taken down by a tranquilizer, he wakes up in the woods but he knows hes still knocked out (its kinda like a outer body thing) and he quickly tries to find Boyd and Erica but he comes out empty handed

that's all I am doing tonight lol but Ill pick up latter on Sunday!!!
