Ronaldo in the squid game? Selected as the best meme in the Champions League, 'great craze' 먹튀검증
Tumblr media
먹튀검증먹튀사이트먹튀검증사이트먹튀 검증  먹튀 사이트 먹튀 검증 사이트
It is a worldwide craze. This time, Cristiano Ronaldo (36, Manchester United) is attracting a lot of attention by appearing in 'memes (contents such as parody water and games that are popular online such as SNS and reproduced in various forms)' based on the squid game.
Spanish media AS released a picture on the 21st (Korean time) saying, "The best meme in the UEFA Champions League."
The background was 'The Flower of Mugunghwa', which was played as the first game in the squid game. And a famous scene that many people remember was summoned.
In the drama, Ali Abdul (Anupam Tripati), an Indian actor who dreamed of a Korean dream and acted as a foreign worker from Pakistan, rescued Sung Ki-hoon (Lee Jung-jae). In the squid game, Ali runs the risk and saves him while holding Sung Ki-hoon with one hand.
This meme had a meaningful message. Coincidentally, many soccer fans saw this situation as similar to Manchester United's head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (48, Norway). In the meme, Ronaldo is saving his life, holding Solskjaer tight like Ali.
Indeed it was. Manchester United defeated Atalanta BC (Italy) at Old Trafford, Manchester, England on the 21st in the UEFA Champions League Group F Group 3 match 3-2.
The savior was Ronaldo. In the 36th minute of the second half, both teams faced 2-2, and after finishing Luke Shaw's cross with a jump header, they roared with a knee-sliding ceremony. Just like Ali from Squid Game saved Ki-Hoon Sung, it was the moment when Ronaldo rescued Solskjaer, who was recently engulfed in rumors of a resignation. And soccer fans around the world enjoyed once again, recalling the squid game that caused a worldwide craze.

(LEAD) Suwon fall to Sydney 4-1 at home in AFC Champions League

(ATTN: RECASTS with Suwon’s result; CHANGES headline, lead; ADDS photos)
SEOUL, April 3 (Yonhap) — South Korean football club Suwon Samsung Bluewings lost 4-1 to Sydney FC in their Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League action at home Tuesday.
Sydney’s Adrian Mierzejewski scored one and set up another to beat the hosts at Suwon World Cup Stadium in Suwon, south of Seoul. For Sydney, this was their first win in this year’s AFC Champions League (ACL).
Despite the latest result, Suwon remain in second place in Group H standings on seven points with two wins, one draw and two losses. A win over Sydney would have secured Suwon a round of 16 berth, but Seo Jung-won’s side now have to find their fate on April 17, when they visit Kashima Antlers to wrap up their group stage campaign.

Suwon must beat Kashima to confirm their knockout stage presence on their own. A draw or a loss means Suwon’s fate will depend on Shanghai Shenhua’s performance against Sydney FC.
The ACL features 32 teams divided into eight groups of four. The top two teams from each group advance to the knockout stage, where they play two matches in each round, one at home and one away.
Suwon allowed the opening goal to Sydney’s Milos Ninkovic in the 23rd minute, but Montenegrin striker Dejan Damjanovic leveled the score a minute later. Damjanovic fired a right-footed shot after a pass from Yeom Ki-hun.
The Australian visitors, however, went ahead in the 31st, when Alex Brosque met a Adrian Mierzejewski cross to beat Suwon goalkeeper Shin Hwa-yong.
Sydney further punished Suwon in the 79th minute. Mierzejewski fired a left-footed shot following a pass from David Carney and made the score 3-1. Sydney then pulled off their fourth goal of the night in the 91st, when Bobo’s right footed found the net.

Earlier in the day, another South Korean football club, Jeju United, were eliminated from the ACL group stage following their 2-1 loss to Cerezo Osaka
Jeju, last year’s K League 1 runners-up, suffered a painful defeat at Osaka Nagai Stadium in Osaka, Japan, surrendering two goals to the hosts in the first half.
With the latest result, Jeju remained at the bottom in Group G, with one win and four losses. Jo Sung-hwan’s side have one match remaining, but regardless of their clash with Buriram United on April 17, Jeju will not advance to the round of 16.
Jeju gave up the opening goal to Osaka in the 16th minute. Eiichi Katayama fired a left-footed volley off a Atomu Tanaka corner that left Jeju goalkeeper Lee Chang-geun helpless.
Osaka, led by South Korean head coach Yoon Jung-hwan, doubled their lead in the 34th after Yoichiro Kakitani slotted home a pass from Kazuya Yamamura from the close range.
Jeju’s Jin Seong-uk cut the deficit to one in the 92nd minute after he found the net with a header off a Chung Woon cross. Jeju were given four minutes of stoppage time in the second half, but failed to level the score.
This was Jeju’s third appearance in the premier club football tournament. Last year, they were the only South Korean club to reach the round of 16.

World Cup 2018: Germany out of tournament after losing to South Korea
Defending champions Germany have been eliminated from the 2018 World Cup after losing to South Korea in Kazan.
Kim Young-gwon’s 92nd-minute goal, awarded after a video assistant referee decision, left four-time winner Germany on the brink of elimination.
Then six minutes into stoppage time, with goalkeeper Manuel Neuer in the opponents’ half, South Korea gained control of the ball, launched it forward and Son Heung-min tapped into an empty net to score the second and seal Germany’s fate.
It is the first time since 1938 that a Germany or West Germany side has not advanced beyond the first section of the tournament, as Joachim Low’s side finish bottom of Group F.
