The system of anonymous tips sent to teachers was super fucked up, even IRL. Its one thing to call out bullies that way, but it was just another way to snitch on innocent people and get away with it because you can't find out if the person who sent the tip lied or not because you don't know who the person is. If anything, spotting misbehaviour and mean students should be the responsibility of the faculty, it should never be on students themselves to feel they are enabling all this by never speaking up.
