         it  was  a  saturday  and  the  girl  usually  spent  saturday  nights  at  the  hideout .  rey  frequented  the  bar  and  she ‘ d  often  caught  a  set  by  corroded  coffin ,  enjoying  the  show  every  time .  tonight ,  however ,  wasn ‘ t  one  of  those  nights  since  a  big  name  band  had  come  to  a  nearby  city  and  the  girl  just  had  to  go .  she  knew  how  much  eddie  loved  said  band  since  she  heard  him  playing  it  from  his  van  as  he  drove  through  town  often  so  when  she  had  ordered  her  ticket  over  the  telephone ,  she  had  got  an  extra  one  for  him .

         standing  in  his  doorway ,  rey  hid  the  tickets  that  she ‘ d  received  in  the  mail  behind  her  back  and  smiled  at  the  male  before  bringing  them  out  to  fan  her  face .   ❝  how  would  you  like  to  come  see  metallica  with  me  tonight ,  eddie  munson ?  ❞

Chrissy couldn’t help the smile as she did what Eddie instructed, feeling her face heat up with a blush. After she had come back to life, Chrissy had been determined to get to know the boy who had saved her. Being around Eddie just seemed natural and easy, like breathing or blinking.

Grinning from ear to ear, the blonde closed her eyes and held out her hands, surprised when she felt something small and cold on her skin. since  i  was  talking  to  @ididntrun  about  it,  here's  my  take  on  what  brig  smells  like  /  what  she  likes.

what  she  smells  like:

even  though  indiana  is  nowhere  near  the  ocean,  she  always  (  even  if  only  faintly  at  times  )  smells  like  the  ocean  and  the  air  before  a  storm.  that  almost  crackle  of  electricity  before  lightning  strikes.  it's  not  perfume,  it's  just  her.  it's  as  if  she  can  reach  out  and  shock  someone  by  touching  them.    they  say  ireland  is  full  of  magic,  and  she  is  full  irish  so  she  usually  explains  it  that  way  when  people  ask  her  about  it.

as  for  what  she  likes?

earthy  scents.  the  woods,  smoke,  rain,  fresh  cut  grass.  she  loves  the  smell  of  anything  natural  (  and  yes,  that  means  weed  too  ).  especially  the  smell  of  the  woods  after  it  rains.  it's  what  attracts  her  and  she  could  care  less  about  fancy  colognes  or  aftershaves.

         it  wasn ‘ t  usually  like  chrissy  to  be  reckless ,  not  after  all  that  had  happened  to  her  the  past  few  months .  she  knew  her  life  was  precious  now ,  more  than  ever ,  since  she  was  rescued  from  the  upside  down .  she  had  been  too  distracted  with  laughing  at  something  eddie  had  said  to  see  the  muscle  car  speeding  towards  her  as  she  began  to  cross  a  usually  quiet  road .  a  loud  screech  left  rosy  pink  lips  as  she  was  pulled  backwards  by  her  backpack  and  the  blonde  spun  around  to  bury  her  chest  in  her  saviour ‘ s chest ,  terrified  out  of  her  mind .
