ive drawn like 1 (one) extremely half-assed thing in the last 3 days and i think ive been emotionally void since yesterday morning which doesnt really help with motivation or inspiration so i guess ill die

busy week, we’ve started our NREMT physical skills and they’re tough. I get so in my head when im doing anything physical. completely frazzled. give me a test that im 1000000 percent nervous for and the minute I turn the page I am stone cold calm, I know what I know I have what I have. let me make the best of it. Eric is really good about being calm. his respirations are 6 a minute for Christs sake. (I should know, I've counted them!) but he tries his best and when he fucks up he corrects. he doesn’t feel the need to perform a reaction to it. he just resets and goes. ill need to keep that in mind. 

im trying to think about how to form a giant logic tree ie: patient assessment and it’s relation to pulmonary emergencies. I'm thinking my psychomotors are gonna be a bit more...manageable? if I proctor my proctor: as in rather than waiting for them to tell me things, forcing them to answer yes or no questions about the scenario and vocalizing my reasoning for the actions I'm about to take. rather than memorizing disjointed pieces of info and just hoping I don’t forget the steps that seem nonintuitive if you aren’t prompting your proctor for reassesment information. I think if I can really focus and understand my rationale for why I do the things I do, I could ace it.....but another part of me thinks I am leaving room for overthinking and failure when all I need to do is the bare minimum each time...? idk. the other teacher Mary seemed to approve this thought process. she seems like an amazing professor. I would love to audit her classes a few times a week and just see what im missing. see if I can get more from an extra angle.

He probably accidentally blurts it when thinking about how gay he is, and Kevin stares at him in shock for a minute and Connor blushes and tries to pretend it didn’t happen but Kevin accepts it and is like, me too. socks, my friend, are a fucking brilliant invention. i have a bit of love-hate relationship with socks because i feel like they confine your feet (i mean why would you want to lock your feet into little pockets of cloth?) but on the other hand THEY’RE SO CUTE. little socks with funky patterns and little animals and the super soft house socks as well. having said that, all my socks are black with either pink purple or blue on the foot and heel parts. SO, my favourite thing to do is always wear mismatched socks - but nobody can tell because the main part of the sock is black. It’s like a little secret I can wear all day knowing that my socks are not the same even though it looks like they are.

I’m so scared I’m going to end up alone. I sense myself drifting from my s/o’s life. I have no friends anymore, all I do is go to work, I’m not that old but I keep having this horrible anxiety that I’m going to end up alone, like even without friends
